It was an impulse buy as I have very little resistant when it comes to beautiful shades of blue. The siren palette has gorgeous colors and beautiful summer hues which captivate me right away. I do not regret spending good amount on money on it.
Colors
The colors are unique choices for a palette. You can definitely find dupe but you will not get the performance of high quality shadows. That being said, MUG might have some dupes but as far as I know, only 2 shades have their MUG close match. It has some copper, bronze and gun-metalish dark grey, shimmery silver and 2 beautiful blue shades.
Texture
None of it is matte. But they don’t have so much of chunky glitters. Most have satin finish and looks beautiful on the lid. I only experience minimal fall out.
Lasting power
I have oily hooded lids, and I need primer for this to not crease. They are pigmented but need something to grab on.
Here is one of the looks I wear with this palette.

I used a gift card to purchase this palette as it’s quite expensive. That said, the shadows are super lovely and the case is adorable. Honestly, it’s likely you could easily find cheaper dupes for the shadow colors and consistency, but the watercolor-esque aesthetic was too cute to pass up with the price cut. The colors are so pretty and also sort of gentle in a colorful way. I’ve been able to create so many looks with this by alternatively playing up or down the colors using neutrals or darker shadows. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this as a starter-palette for anyone interested in graduating from neutral to more colorful eye looks.
Pros:
* shadows are very workable, blendable, and smooth
* opaque enough to build color but also sheers out well
* most adorable packaging I’ve ever seen
* colors are bright but also… earthy
* plays very well with neutral colors (browns, creams, peaches, etc.)
* pretty shimmer (not glittery)
* ounce for ounce, it’s a decent amount of shadow
Cons:
* expensive
* likely dupable with cheaper shadows
* package doesn’t clasp tightly shut
* no purple!
* each individual pan is a bit smaller than standard
