I must say, I’m rather disappointed, given the high cost of this product. Especially considering it was not available to see in person before purchasing, color just doesn’t translate well online. Not as rosy/pink as I’d like, and not really a unique color, I have several dupes. The formula is fine, but not revolutionary. As another reviewer said below, I do like it as a blush/highlight over my usual cream blush. But not enough to have gotten this at this price point; I feel a little ripped off.

LOVE this! i am MAC NC35/NARS Stromboli/UD Naked Skin #6 (even in the winter im still pretty tan). this is gorgeous but very subtle on my lids. i used this as an all over eyelid wash and its beautiful. its shimmer formula but not the kind that looks tacky and full of chunky glitter. its buttery and smooth. i think i am going to use a cream colored shadow under this to intensify the color because im so tanned. the SA used the bobbi brown creme liner then swatched this on top and it was gorgeous and intense! will always have this color in my collection from now on, very flattering and true to its name. perfect for that sexy summer look 🙂

LOVE this! It’s very shimmery and gorgeous gold with pink tone to it. It was incredibly flattering on my olive skin and dark brown eyes. It lasted all night and didn’t crease.

Had a BB makeover a few weeks back and the MUA used this towards my crease…and even showed me a look with this as a wash over my entire lids…I’m a BB Honey and this looked just perfectly subtle for me. I love shimmer but hate it when it gets too obvious! The light rosey colour adds a healthy sheen to my lids…the MUA also told me I could use it as a cheek highlight/ blush when I’m travelling light! That sealed the deal! I love this!

The first time I tried this eyeshadow I applied it on bare eyelids with an eyeshadow brush and I found that the colour looked quite intense (which was good) but unflattering because too “reddish” on my fair completion/dark brown eyes. Second time around I put it on a base of BB Bone powder eyeshadow with BB eye sweep brush and the result was much more subltle and flattering. In the end it is all a matter of application…

This is my favorite eyeshadow. I first bought it over two years ago and I just hit pan on my second one. It compliments my blue eyes amazingly. I strayed away from it after receiving my urban decay naked pallet back in August, but I recently picked it up again and realized how much I truly love it. I usually wear it all over the lid with another BB eyeshadow, chocolate, in the crease and outer corner. It’s simple and completely flattering.

Love this eyeshadow. I always get compliments when I wear it. Makes green eyes look so intense. Very blendable and very generous palette size.

This is a lovely, unique color with subtle shimmer. It works beautifully in the crease on my hazel eyes–not so pink/rose it makes me look tired, not so gold it disappears, not so shimmery it calls attention to any lines. It’s a warm nude that defines subtly. I wear it with a creamy beige (MAC Brule or LM Buttercream or TM Soft Peach ) on the lids and a blackened teal (Chanel Celadon) liner. It’s a great fresh neutral eye.
As a bonus–I *love* this shade as a blush. A lovely warm nude/rose pick-me-up with a bit of radiance. And it lasts longer than many other blushes I own. I might like Rose Gold as a blush even more than as an eye shadow!
For reference: Brunette, hazel eyes, NC25-30, Dior Forever 2.0/3.0 (light/med skin with neutral undertones)

I actually bought this at a CCO because I didn’t think it was worth ordering online. (I don’t live close to a counter so I always have to guess on colors)
It’s a beautiful pinkish-gold color that’s neither too dark, nor too light. Looks great on blue eyes as well.
Texture and application are very smooth. It’s also not too shimmery. I could definitely see using this on a regular basis as my lid color.

This color makes my brown eyes just POP. The shade is very much as it sounds..flex of rose and gold with a bronzey brown undertone..very sparkley and perfect for evening or a light day wear. I have purchased this color twice. I think the pigment is very intense and flattering on many types of skin. I especially think it would compliment olive complexions or those who are tanned. I have noticed it brightens my face. I love this color..
