Amethyst is a lovely icy lavender pink that pops on green eyes. Its the sheerest of the three I tried but a second layer builds it up nicely. Soleil is a pinky nude that leans more gold or nude pink depending on the angle you’re viewing. This is the most pigmented of the three. Moonstone is a pink-toned tan, a bit deeper than Soleil. All three have silver shimmers. The effect is truly magical, and reminds me of a fairyland with glistening snow twinkling in the sunlight. hAll have good pigmentation, last all day and are easy to remove, apart from the odd bit of sparkle. Loved but do not suit my sensitive eyelids. I found them to be a bit irritating and I had reddened itchy lids at the end of the day.

I got this in amethyst (thank you boxycharm feb 2018!!). I would’ve preferred a different color but this is still nice! It’s a pinky purple glittery gel eyeshadow product that stays on better w a primer but isn’t bad without primer. And it stays put!! It’s really lovey I like it but I would not buy it because it’s way $$ I just got a good deal bcoz of boxycharm <3 I’ll enjoy every last drop of this however & subscription boxes are wonderful ways of getting to try something. #winning

The new Cover FX Shimmer Veil is a wonderful liquid / gel texture and it applies easily to the eye area or cheeks. There is a very fine sparkle and a fine shimmer as well. It stays put all day, with or without (yes, it’s true) an eye shadow primer. I didn’t have any issues with fallout. The only slight complaint I could make was that the color was lighter in person than it appeared in the online photos.
