Had this shadestick from the CCO a few years ago. I think I used it a few times for a holiday eye look. Overall I love the shadesticks for their staying power! I only now buy long-wearing/waterproof eye colors. This one was great but the color comes out on me like a rusty cranberry. This one is going up for sale/swap …. not because I don’t like the formula, etc., but because I found a berry alternative for a cranberry eye look. These do have great wear, are easy to apply and smudge and are a good value for the product. Mine came out of the holder in the very bottom of the tube, but I just reinsert it and swivel it up a small amount and it’s fine. I removed one lippie for this reason. After a few years having it, it still transfers well onto the eyelid. No complaints, really. This was usable, unique and very long-wearing.

I was a lil weary about shadesticks at first but after buying this one..LOVE THEM.
This color is gorgeous and gives me a fresh awesome alternative when I am just not feeling black eyeliner. I havent tried it as a base yet but I think i am in love 🙂 It is this deep berry almost reddish maroon color and it gives off just the prettiest pearly shine. It really looks awesome with some of my new pigments I got and makes my blue eyes pop. If you can find it PICK THIS ONE UP!

This is a great deep cranberry color. It applies smoothly and does not tug on the eyelid. I haven’t worn it as a base yet, but I’m sure it will make shadows of similar color “pop”. I found this treasure last summer at the CCO after not being able to swap for it. I had to exchange mine for another when I discovered the stick was broken. The replacement was broken also. ( !!! ) The third and only other one in the store was fine. Luckily, I was only two stores away and had not gone back home since the CCO is 1 1/2 hours away from me. Please check all shadesticks before leaving the store and save yourself a headache.

Blurberry is incredibly unique, and one of my most loved shadesticks! This is a deeper plum/mauve with copper shimmer. It’s similier but softer than Flammable or Artjam paints, so it’s easier IMO to wear. Looks gorgeous as a base for Expensive Pink, Cranberry, Sketch or Maroon pigment. Applies very smoothly for me, and doesn’t crease or fade at all! Rave from me on this beauty!!

it may be because i have very pale skin and blonde hair but this colour really didnt look right. this was in fact my first mac product.
the colour is very rich but i think it kinda looked like id been punched in the eye. on others it may look nice but i really did not like this colour at all and it is now at the bottom of the box and will stay there

This e/s pencil is great! It’s a gorgeously dark berry-red, very slightly metallic and very easy to control. It’s perfect for dark brown eyes, but I always use it on my upper lids, with another a light blue-toned shadow in my lower lids to stop me looking ill. There’s plenty of product in the handy twist-up stick, but the wording on the pen disappears quickly so that you’re left with a black tube with only the colour of the shadow at one end. This one is worth repurchasing.

I love this color. I’m not good at describing colors, but it’s mauvish/taupish =). The texture is really nice too, altho it does smudge. And it’s easy to apply. So, another great MAC product!

Blurberry is described as “juiced up plum-rose pink fusion” on MAC’s site but I would described it as a cross between Flammable paint and Maroon Pigment. It’s gorgeous, an ease to use and apply, and NO stained skin (I had that problem with Flammable).
