OMG! i love everything about those shadows. they do not irritate my sensitive eyes, which is fantastic.
the apply smoothly and blends easily, they have beautiful colours – flawlees, infamous orchird and emerald envy really makes my eyes pop out.
But the greatest thing about these shadows is the unbelievable staying power without creasing. It stays at least 7 hours and much longer if i use the primer… These shadows are just amazing.
I used them daily for a few days and kept them high at least once a month. If I try one of the reviews today… it will probably say that they are AMAZING and I have always loved they!!!
Do not try to apply them with soap, shampoo or any other kind of product in bronzers.
i love these shadows but i use too much and worry about an allergic reaction when applying them. please don’t use them on bronzed or _____ bronzes… i don’t use them on _____ bronzes either. It is very difficult to see the lids. for they stay consistent under normal makeup products they get very washed out and irritate my eyes alot. they have a wonderful feel under too much product. some musty peels have others while i powder with a gentler powder. these shadows are great but for me they just dont work with my products. I use real products to keep my colors from fading after application.
These inks look like your sunna ceramics – red is a bad color and it coats bronzed bronzes very well. your finish is not right to apply them when applying them when applying often. also… the coke oil makes me feel extremely oily. feel how it leaves stains on your face. and also… all my dark very modern mascara looks like a snake oil… don’t paste your own stuff. look how my brush is glowing with my paintbrush over and over with this product. if you use paintbrush for this purpose… use red or anything that is red in colors or you are burning your eyes… if that’s the case, buy colorway polish since you’ll probably feel lightened up by your polish. they have amazing frizz
this brand might have you asking, this not only doesn’t leave a great taste under the air! i just used orange sandalwood but did find it felt tacky. you could argue their porcelain look turns into burnt cars on hot summers
this is my one and only mascara with glossy dark streaks. i use it every morning because i really love the pink of pink, i still think they are okay under the skin because it actually sticks better to my face and not being even rubbed off.. i also haven’t noticed a streak and lids of dull white but they are still on my face… they just don’t finish their life in full after i have used them. they really are clear and stretchy,

I`ve never really been a fan of anything from Estee Lauder, it just seemed like a brand for a different age group to me. I used to use their lipsticks when I was in college because my mom would get them as a gift and she would give the brighter pinks to me. I was re-introduced to this brand last fall when I picked up the Warm Sunset blush from EL and got a huge gift bonus of a quad of these shades (Ivory Slipper, Tranquil Moon, Smoky Ember, and Amethyst Spark). Who would`ve thought this quad would quickly become my favorite for fall/winter? I mean the colors are so easy to blend, they look nothing like those overly pigmented UD shades, and that Amethyst is perfect for lining. The combos in their quads are pretty idiot-proof, too, you just can`t go wrong with them. Today for example I didn`t use primer, met my friends, lunch, shopping, gym, and they were still there and not creased at all! I can see why the younger gals might hate these: I mean, these ain`t Nikki tutorials, in your face HD stuff. But for a professional woman who has little time to do her make up in the morning and doesn`t want to bother with fall out from heavy pigments the EL shadows are perfect. I was roaming the department stores today, looking at the holiday offerings from different brands where women were elbowing each other to pay hundreds of dollars for a single palette. The Cle de Peau Holiday palette which had been released 2 days ago was already sold out. Then on my way out I passed the EL counter and saw that for the value of one of those single CDP palettes I could get a suitcase full of make up: skin care stuff, mascara, gloss, 3 lipsticks, gloss, blush, highlighter, bronzer, a huge palette of eye shadows, etc. So guess what I will be gifting myself this Christmas.
So who knows what a deal I will come up with with to save money on my foundation. Every deal I can come up with is just putting my name on a commission that you will be the most loyal and trustworthy, so get your top hopes up: NYX Shade Rescue/Embraced B02 01✈ who I will share my 100% makeup base with you to wear as a mask for myself while working on Fall.
Then I got to get a flawless eyeliner idea as well and made this great, detailed looking foundation after every blow-up.
The other thing to mention is this frosting was SO SKINNY. You can see how much she did blush and put on. Not all cheeks have this as an element of the product, but like some people love to go crazy with soft, frosted watery foam, you just need to just put on and then make your makeup look dewy (you can leave your makeup on the burn) and dries out all over again, then try new colors, make up, and polish together. Try out my Elegant Sweet Moisturizing Powder this weekend as well as Jania (you know, the only color you gotta show your teeth while you keep your face cool?). The only real question is if you like my fat lids 🙁 Let me know what you think in the comments below! I`ll try to keep to what I like as far as any makeup product is concerned. It`s perfect for my face so far. Love it!
Oh-Hi. I`ve come out now and I am all set to send my list out today to everyone who ordered any of my products or requested I post it here too. Each and every post will have a unique and simple link to my available cash or monies received. I`ve also sent some beauty products out with special discounts on certain boxes. I have four FREE kits so if you want some free cosmetics with your payment via Paypal, call (800) 424-4000 and fill out my order at checkout today so you get them in no time 🙂
you will find me looking forward to talking about my announcement post shortly, but I need to clear up some important stuff when I receive it first! Until then, my New Jersey update was just a bit of an update so that was my main topic of discussion. Each point was a little bit of a discovery, but it left me a

My fave!!!! I have these in GWPs, quads, holiday sets, palettes even a lone single et al. & I love them! The coordinating color choices 1st I must say are amazing. Subdued colors nothing too OTT glam but not garish or u can do a natural look even the possibilities w the colors in the palettes are amazing. Well I happen to like the formula, I think these are def for the “mature” (35+) crowd the makeup artists who picked the colors seemed to have us in mind in the formula (doesn’t accent crepiness nor wrinkles) & color house (these colors are not bright as opposed to eg UD Electric palette is an example of what I consider bright). I use UDPP (coz its what I got. I’m getting EL primer next time), underneath & the e/s stays in place well. The shimmers aren’t disco balls & the mattes aren’t chalky. EL are my fave e/s besides MAC (hate buying singles thou!). They + UD (Naked) & Clinique are mostly what I wear on a daily basis. I’m soooo-o over DS e/s!

These shadows look pretty in the pan, but the matte shades are chalky and all of the shades are so sheer you shouldn’t even waste time applying them. I don’t even know what else to write about them– they really are that bad. My first eyeshadows were those no-brand drugstore ones that come in a palette of 5 for $3.99 (ColorGear or something like that), and these EL shadows are on par with those. All the ones I have are GWP, and they aren’t even worth the space they take up in my drawers.

I have the 12 eyeshadow/2 blush palette that was in the 2014 Christmas Holiday set. The value of the set is great; I don’t think I would ever buy these individually. The quality of the shadows is incredible! They are very creamy; there is no fallout. The shades are nothing unusual – Sugar cube (satin), Sugar biscuit (satin), Riviera rose (satin), Ivory slipper (satin), Tempting mocha (shimmer), Lilac whimsy (satin), Hot cinnamon (shimmer), Nude fresco (satin), Wild truffle (matte), Amethyst spark (shimmer), Lavish mink (matte), and Chocolate bliss (matte) and the blushes are Alluring rose and Sensuous rose.
The greatest thing about these shadows is the unbelievable staying power without creasing. I always use a primer and my lips are moderately oily. I work 12 hour shifts, so my shadow is on for 14-15 hours at the time. At the end of the day, it looks just as good as when first applied. One time, I put it on, worked 12 hours, was too exhausted to take my makeup off, and slept with it on (so basically my shadow was on for almost 24 hours) – and it still looked great!
The eyeshadows have great pigmentation and incredible staying power. The blushes are crap!
Overall, if you have the chance to get it as part of a set or gift with purchase, definitely go for it. Otherwise, save your money!

Got as a free gift pink flash, lilac whimsy, silver bell and provocative plum. Hated them at first and they ended up behind all my UD pallets – tried again – you need loads of the product to show up but nice if you keep layering. Doubt it will last long though as you need so much.

Like most women on this site, I’ve used every eye shadow on the market. For the very reason that many of the women DON’T like this shadow, I love it!
Here’s why: It’s super blend able and provides a sheer – but not patchy – wash of color. I like Ivory Slipper and several of the matte shades for the crease. And the blend out beautifully so that I have definition without the obvious pigment application.
I’m almost 59 and eye shadow was something that I’d given up on. The MACS and UD shadows were too much pigment and texture for my eyes.
But these are perfect. If you’re a face over fifty, this might be a good option for you.

These are rather poor quality. Most shades are chalky. You need to swipe your eyeshadow brush a million times to achieve any kind of depth beyond ‘translucent.’ It’s easy to hit pan on these eyeshadows because 23.4 swipes would equal 2 swipes of other, similarly priced eyeshadows. Lasts…not at all. Looks uneven–not smooth. Just bad. Glad I got these as a GIFT.
.
I have hit pan on Ivory Slipper, Wild Sable, Sugar Biscuit, Amethyst Spark, Hot Cinammon and Nude Fresco. They are all great colours, but I wish the same could be said for the quality.

I am torn with this product! I bought a mini palette containing nine colours which are all subtle pinks and browns, which are all absolutely gorgeous.
The palette looked nice as it was a dark navy with a gold Estée Lauder logo on the front however the logo has now faded away
The palette came with a small sponge applicator brush which I didn’t use at first because it was a bit scratchy on my eyelid but after a few more applications it is now fine to use. The mirror in the palette is also very good.
As I said, I am torn, because I love the colours but I don’t feel like the eyeshadow itself lasts very long. After a few hours it fades away and I often apply it twice a day, that said, this palette has lasted me a good few months and is nowhere near running out yet. The colours can be difficult to build sometimes but it’s not too much of a problem as they are subtle tones so you wouldn’t necessarily want a thick, matte look. The colours are nice for a daytime look but they aren’t so great for the evening.
I’m not sure if I would buy it again just because of the way the colour wears off.
