I bought this for the mica content to be used by an artist. The palette colors are wonderful and maintain the exact color you are viewing. The product attaches easily to brush or sponge and has enough talc to not fly off on the way to your face or intended project. I was surprised and impressed. I’m guessing price is great because the individual quantity is small; so consider this a sampler though no names are available to cross reference.

I was browsing Walgreens and saw this pallette, regularly retailed for $9.99 on sale for $3.99, so I snatched it up. I was a bit skeptical about purchacing this item, I figured it would be cheap ds quality and would have a weak streaky application that was not very pigmented, but I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised! The outside of this pallette is very cute, a dark brown faux croc skin that looks like a journal with a silver clasp. I was concerned by the eyeshadow placement, because this pallete does not have any cushioning or protection to protect the es from cracking or crumbling into each other and turning into a huge mess. There were a few in some of the ones at the store that were already cracked, but I have had mine for 10 days and have not had any break so far, so just remember to treat them very gently and be wary of traveling with them. It probably should not be thrown in a purse. The most inconvenient part of the pallette design is where the brushes are held. They fall out every time you open the case.
But my favorite part of this product, the most important part, is their wearability. I have worn for of the 88 colors so far, and they all have remarkably fabulous pigmentation and wearablility for a ds product. The es only requires one application pass for the darker shades, and 2-3 for the more sheer shades, and they are quite true to how they look in the pallette. I am NC20ish with blue eyes and dark blonde hair and most of the shades look subtle on me and not garish or overwhelming on me which is what I like. Plus I can get 8-12 hours of wear out of these es with or without eyelid primer, with very minimal creasing or fading, and they didn’t smudge at all until I removed it with mu remover. I would totally recommend this pallette, def worth it for the low price!

I have the shimmer version of this palette, but my friend who has two says they are similar except of course it’s more shimmery . This product is very excellent actually it lasts long even without my primer ! Which my other palettes usually needs my primer to stay on long . I just wish more color variety was offered instead of the many shades of pink, blue & etc . Besides my wanting of color variety I like the colors in it of course .

I heard of this on YouTube, and decided to check and see if my Ross had them. Surprisingly, they did. But they only had two. One of them was open and used so I got to test it with out buying it. First, the shadows are soft and nicely pigmented, not dry and chalky like I expected. The problem is the shimmer is only on the top layer. Milani pulled this crap in their domed single shadows. I hate that! If it’s shimmer, put the shimmer throughout the entire product, not just a thin layer on the surface! What a gyp! Okay, it’s cheap ($5.99 for 88 eyeshadows), but each shadow is tiny, about the size of a dime, and the palette case itself is so cheap and flimsy that it’s actually flexible. Several of the shadows seem to be repeats, as well. There are 88 pots of color, but you don’t get 88 different colors.
