This was my first LORAC eye shadow purchase (Nordstrom Rack:) and I’ve tried most high end brands. The good: great color selection, soft and impressive longevity even without eye primer. I love the matte black which is a strong liner. However, despite all these wonderful things, I won’t buy again due to the kick back and mess it causes. I barely touch my brush in the shadow and have a mess on my face if I don’t blow some off the brush. This probably won’t be a deal breaker for most, but for this working mom always in a hurry it is.

I really love Lorac eyeshadows, they blend beautifully, are pigmented and last all day without creasing. I bought this little matte palette to throw in my bag, and it’s perfect for travel. However, I find that I reach for this constantly, not just when I’m traveling! The Jet Black is a VERY black matte, and I use it to line my eyes daily. The packaging is cardboard, but it’s sturdy. It’s a small palette, so it doesn’t take up much space in your makeup bag. The colors are beautiful, and work on pretty much everyone. If you haven’t tried Lorac, and if you like matte eyeshadows then TRY THIS PALETTE, you won’t regret it.

I love this palette it’s so pigmented and the shadows are very soft and easy to blend I’m a neutrals girl so this is perfect I can create many looks and I also use this to fill in my brows

Picked this up on a trip to the US because we don’t have LORAC in Canada. This is the only palette I reach for now. It’s perfect on its own and to use as transition shades for other looks. The shadows are soft, buttery, and blendable. The shade Latte is the perfect everyday shade to create some subtle dimension in the crease. This palette is perfect for travel as well — it’s teensy tiny but you can create so many looks!

Picked this up a few weeks ago @Kohl’s. You can never have too many neutrals! These shades are butter soft, pigmented, long wearing, and priced @ $28 I think its well worth it.

I loooove this matte palette. It can be used subtly for a daytime look, or smoked out for night. The darkest brown and black I now use daily as an eye liner (makes lining your eyes full-proof) even when I’m using other palettes. I also use the lighter brown to fill in my brows. The matte white makes a great highlighter. My favorite look is to do a pink – chocolate brown smokey eye. This palette gives great pigmentation, but be sure to knock off any excess as there can be some fall-out. The color lasts most of the day on me.

The top left shade is the first color I’ve found that I can use as a true nude. There aren’t too many cool-toned palettes, but this is one of them. I love how buttery the formula is and every time I wear it, my boyfriend compliments me on how smooth my eyeshadow looks. If you’re fair like me, this is a great option.

I love this tiny palette for every day looks and blending other shadows as well. I bought this on a whim (a while ago but finally got around to writing a review) while at Ulta. It was one of those days where I was just there and didn’t need anything but I don’t regret buying this at all. The middle shades also work well as one and done shades all over my lid. The shades are so buttery and smooth, they blend so well!

When I found out that Kohl’s was selling LORAC I made my co-worker bring me over with her that day. I purchased the LORAC 20th Anniversary Alter Ego Lip Collection online and I love it! Of course I wanted to try more. I prefer matte shadows so I chose this Pro Matte Palette to try. It has become of my go-to products much like my Naked Basics palettes! These eyeshadow are really pigmented and soft but have not broken even after I hit pan (thank god). I’m not too fond of the mirror inside, it’s a bit warped. Other than that I have really come to love this palette and would recommend to others.
Also, LORAC is Carol backwards! Mind = blown.
