I bought a bunch of the new Colourpop shadows released in Decemer 2018. This one lookes like it would be a glitter shadow that reflected cranberry and gold. That’s not wrong, except, this has no base color, doesn’t want to stay on the skin unless applied with a finger (otherwise it just looks like a topper shadow, except it doesn’t stick well), and even when I applied this with a finger, it gave me lots of fallout under my eyes… and it wasn’t the kind of fallout that could just be brushed away – it stuck to my skin/foundation (I always do foundation first, because that’s how I like it). This eyeshadow, just like other Colourpop shadows, did stay on my lids after application though.
Because this eyeshadow is a glitter and needs to be applied with fingers (or to a sticky base, or at least with a dampened brush), I’d rather use a Super Shock Shadow instead: using my fingers anyway, but no fallout and feels nicer on my eyes, as the glitter particles in Misty irritated my eyes very slightly. Sequin and Weenie are pretty close to this color – I especially enjoy Weenie – it has such a creamy texture – 5 stars, would recommend. Would not recommend Misty though.
