My perfect fool proof cool toned brown eyeshadow with the perfect amount of shimmer to carry off in day time. I can apply this as a wash over my eyelid with a little eyeliner and mascara and I’m good to go. I can use this without primer and stays on for 7-8 hours without creasing. Love this product.

Just agreeing with everything everyone has said here. I have blue eyes and this is a great colour for me. A little goes a long way too. I bought this when a SA did my eyes in store and I would definitely repurchase.

I was able to try this on at Bobbi Brown counter before taking the plunge. Bobbi Brown describes this shade as a “deep golden brown”. On my skin tone, it was more of a red toned ashy brown. It did not look flattering on me at all. Although, I was happy I was able to try it out. I will not purchase.

Was skeptical because I’d used – and loved – BB Fawn Shimmerwash for years and years. I thought this would be “blah” as many browns tend to be flat and dull on me. Bought this only because Fawn was discontinued (UGH!!!) and I desperately needed a replacement … BUT think it’s really great!!! Bronzy, shimmery, sexy, beautiful, no fallout and buildable. A great BB shade for folks with green eyes (I use Eggplant Shimmer with a wet brush for my liner). It is NOT “copper-y” which is why I like it so much – it is more bronze/brown and has no reds in it. Very high quality product in texture and and overall application (as always with her items). It has the perfect amount of shimmer for either day or night. Highly Pigmented and lasts all day over my UD eyelid primer. Total love – 5 lippies+++. Definitely give this one a look!!!

Love this eye shadow. It’s a beautiful bronzey burnt sugar color as the name says. Its just a nice color with the right amount of shimmer. Its good for every day wear and it can be used for a nice smokey eye color for a night out!!!!!!!!!

This looks amazing on my blue eyes! Although BB Fawn is my HG e/s, this isn’t far behind it.
This is a slightly more-brown-than-bronze shade and warm, but not too warm. It does have a shimmery/metallic finish and goes on very smoothly over primer. There’s minimal, if any, shimmer fallout and it’s very pigmented, so you don’t need a lot of product to get rich color. It lasts all day (over primer) and there’s little or no fading or creasing.
When I wear this, it really makes my eyes stand out. I highly recommend this for anyone with blue eyes who doesn’t like really warm bronzes.

I don’t understand how I lived before getting this eyeshadow. This is the perfect eyeshadow for me. I love brown and this one is a beautiful golden red without much red/orange tone. It’s not too shimmery. Pigmented, long-lasting. It’s just gorgeous. Will repurchase it as long as they sell it.

This is my go-to shadow (with Caviar Ink Gel Eyeliner) for every day in Spring/Summer! It is such a beautiful smokey bronzey brown color. I love that it is very buildable- you can wear a sheer wash of color during the day and then reapply a few more layers for a more smokey look at night. Somehow this color seems to be a perfect balance of young and modern while still looking sophisticated and not over the top. As others have said this color is great for anyone with green in their eyes that are looking to enhance the color. Love Bobbi Brown! 🙂

LOVE Bobbi Brown makeup, and this is no exception. Burnt Sugar is a mid-tone shimmering bronze, more of a golden bronze than a reddish one. It’s very pretty by itself, and paired with Copper Cocoa in the crease. Helps make my green eyes stand out, and stays most of the day w/out creasing.

Burnt Sugar has a metallic finish, though the shimmer is not too much for my 35+ lids. This is a bronzy brown (i.e. yellow-toned) with no red in it. It’s an absolutely stunning shade for my green eyes, really makes them pop. I wear it in the crease or as a wash over the lid. Great with black mascara. I discovered that Burnt Sugar is almost exactly the same colour as UD Smog and the shimmery finish is the same too. Smog is just the tiniest bit more golden and slightly more pigmented (so Burnt Sugar is actually easier to apply). But they are practically identical. I will always want this eyeshadow in my collection. ***Me: light yellow-toned complexion, green eyes, chocolate brown hair.
