The previous reviewer did an excellent job on this – very detailed and spot on.
I love this palette – it really does have a healthy variety of neutral brown tones along with more playful, fun, complementary shades of orange/papaya. These hold really well – are very smooth – and have almost no fallout. Really impressed with this palette! Right now sells on Amazon for $12.89. Excellent value.
I’ve recently discovered an eyelid primer (thank you fellow reviewers!) that actually works for my extremely oily lids – NYX Proof It! waterproof primer. Great combo.

I picked up the BH Marble Collection in warm stone because I was in need of some matte browns and on a budget. This palette outperformed my expectations.
Price €12,00/$12,00 (sometimes on sale for less)
It contains 12 eyeshadows, 6 mattes and 6 shimmers. Of the shimmers two are duochrome.
Vegan and cruelty free formulation, total of 18g/0.63oz of eyeshadow
The palette comes in a carboard box and it looks much more high end than it actually is. The palette itself is made from plastic and features a lovely grey marble pattern which is different on each palette made. Inside you get a mirror that covers the entire lid and the 12 eyeshadows are laid out similar to the tartelette palette.
First row – warm shades
Shade no1 – an white-gold shimmery highlighting shade
Shade no2 – a duochrome vibrant orange base with gold sheen (A more orange and intense version of the orgasm blush)
Shade no3 – a medium deep matte brown that leans warm
Shade no4 – a deeper matte brown with a reddish base (reminds me of cocoa bear by makeupgeek)
Second row – cool shades
Shade no5 – a matte ash light grey (would not work on dark skin tones)
Shade no6 – a shimmery medium taupe that would look good on literally everyone(very soft texture)
Shade no7 – a deep cool brown, matte
Shade no8 – an ultra deep cool dark brown matte, almost a charcoal black
Third row – rosey shades
Shade no9 – a shimmery duochrome white base with a pink sheen, terrible crumbly texture, very unlike the rest of the shadows. Because of the white base it would look chalky on dark skin.
Shade no10 – a medium rosey blush colour, matte
Shade no 11 – a reddish deep copper bronze shimmery colour (similar to steampunk from makeupgeek)
Shade no12 – a deep shimmery burgundy
The pro’s
Because it’s divided in rows it’s very easy to come up with different looks, yet all the colours work very well with eachother. It has a great range from very light (shade no1 and n09) to very deep (shade no8). You don’t see many drugstore/ affordable palettes with such a great balance between matte and shimmer, dark and light. Beyond that the quality is also outstanding. All the mattes are buttery, creamy and very soft. Yet none of them have fallout or blend away and all of them allow you to build them up to the desired intensity. The shimmers are also great, particularly shade no6, no11 and no12. The first two shades are still easy to work with, but a little stiffer and require a few more applications to get them to full intensity. Once applied they last as long as any good shadow I’ve used
All the shades except no5 and no9 will work great on all skintones. I also love that the colour selection is very neutral without being boring, there are no basic gold or bronze to be found here, but instead you get duochromes and interesting taupes and burgundies that are easy to work with and there is no glitter either, which is a lovely change.
Aside from all of that it’s vegan and cruelty free, which is great to see in a palette that also features reddish tones (which often contain carmine)
The Cons
The white/pink shade (no9) is one of the worst shades I’ve ever come across. It’s crumbly, has fallout and a rough texture. with a lot of patience you can definitely make it work, but I am suprised to find such a terrible shade in an otherwise great palette.
The palette also lacks a matte cream or white to highlight and blend with. Not everyone (including me) like to highlight with the white gold shade. And therefore I always need to pull in another eyeshadow when I use this palette.
I also think that the first shade on the second row (shade no5) won’t work for most skintones because it’s so ashy in undertone. It barely works on my olive skin and I’m already quite cool toned and pale.
For who is this?
I think this would be great for beginners because of the low price, the good range of colours that allow for plenty of experimentation, especially if you aren’t sure if you prefer cool tones or warm tones on your eyes, this has it all so you can really play with that. At the same time it offers enough neutral browns and mattes that it would work for anyone.
If you are looking for a neutral palette that isn’t the same as all the others (glittery, bronzey) than this is a very good choice. Even if you are used to very high end shadows, you won’t be disappointed with this palette because the shadow quality is outstanding.
Don’t get this if you aren’t into neutral shades or if you really want use the white pink on the bottom row because that one sucks.
But because of the low price, i can forgive that.
Conclusion
Overall, I would highly recommend this palette to anyone who lacks the colours that this palette offers. The colourrange is excellent, the packaging is very nice and simple and the overall quality is great. I’ve only been buying single shadow for a custom palette, but I think I still might repurchase this palette when/if I use it up, because it’s so versatile and offers so much for a low price. The fact that it’s vegan and cruelty free is also very nice.
