This is a really pretty cool-to-neutral toned 24 shade pallete that only costs a few bucks! You don’t see too many cool toned palettes at the drugstore so out of curiosity I had to pick this up. Fallout is suprisingly minimal and pigmentation while nothing amazing is decent for the cost. Unlike many cheap shadows the shimmers are finely milled rather than too chunky and crumbly and they don’t look cheap and childish on the eyes. The deep purple and the shimmery khaki are really unique and beautiful and are the standouts of the palette. There are quite a few cream coloured shades that are very similar however they do make great base shades and show up well for light colours so I wont complain too much. The only thing I dislike is the packaging which is very utilitarian-looking and flimsy, but hey, what do you expect for a fiver?

London Eyes is a small palette about the size of two mobile phones and contains 24 satin eyeshadows and two double ended sponge tipped applicators. Wear time is pretty decent if you use a primer.
About half the shadows are neutrals. There are three taupe shades, three bronze/gold shades and about half a dozen highlighters ranging from off white to peachy skin tones. There is also charcoal black, dark blue, khaki green, eggplant purple, light sea green, one mauve and two pinks, one of which is warm toned and the other cool toned. Some of the shadows are more shimmery than others, but none are heavily frosted.
There’s a bit of fallout but nothing too bad. As always you get a better result if you use decent brushes rather than the applicators that come in the case.
In Australia this sells for $5. W7 is really only sold at Chemist Warehouse and My Chemist stores, but you can often find their stuff on Ebay (although you will pay more that way).
