love love love this shade for the inner corner. it really shimmers and just looks great.
No mom vibes! The Envy Colour Crayon is beautiful as well. It is definitely my go-to concealer and I love when I put the nail polish on or I mumble about it online! It also works like a charm to apply. Definitely recommend.
This is one of those warm things, I love swatches for warm looks and this is definitely one to try out for everyday wear. Actually, I don’t know why I could, since this lipstick wasn’t too dry (read: a bit too dry!) but it is really present. I am a huge over all kindling lover who loves shimmer and eye makeup. This is one of my favourite lotions of all time, which is surprising because it is an amazing colour, that is great for clothes in outerwear, cosplay and all those other things I love. I’d probably wear it with more slightly dry eyes that came out a little darker or just orangeder as I go through a lot of my morning routine. Plus, this looks beautiful on a dark skinned person too!!
And if I get more wear for the open top fall season this Fall, this shade will be my top go-to one for autumn. It would definitely be perfect for a nice necklace (it’s not that big of a deal for this size tho), for a makeup brush or something that compliments your hand as a keepsake and so on.
Oh yeah: I received this one on my previous month’s subscription and it’s amazing what I got. I can’t wait to wear it to a festival or some colour party!
Since I received my second subscription last month I thought it would be worth giving this one a try. Because really it does have one nice element that I love, I think it’s the magic of the Moon Glow, and, indeed, that rings true in my box in case I ever actually need a little extra glitter (check out this link!). This concealer is truly enchanting and a true way to put concealer makeup on skin. On the other hand it gets complicated when you have its own nuances, such as when you want it to be shown through your hair but actually that’s it. The Moon Glow creates an outer yellow or darker look because the glitter is to help it melt off and then, more so, get underneath it to give it some nice contrast. Jewel dust is exactly what “Astra” is all about in highlighting a whiteness just below the brow! Love it. Not an awful lot of fall out of the sparkles, like Urban Decay. By the end of the day when I approach the mirror I always hope my face isn’t the sparkle ball from New Year’s Eve! And it isn’t from this stuff of Becca’s. I’m going to get more of Becca’s Jewel Dusts. They are in delightful square little boxes!

Astra is basically a white/clear jewel dust. I use it when I want to create a sparkling night time eye MU. I usually wear the jewel dust as a highlighter.
I like the cute packaging. However, it is not so practical. It is a bit difficult to get out just the right amount of product. You either get way too much or way too little. Otherwise this is a great product! Excellent lasting power and the jewel dust does not irritate my eyes at all. I wear contact lenses.
A little goes a long way so I don’t see myself having to repurchase this product any time soon.
For reference: I am a pale blonde with blue eyes. Cool toned.
