Maybe it’s just me or I got a crappy one, but I really did not like this. With exception to the white one, they all went on my lids kind of chalky and did not feel soft or creamy or silky at all. And they all look so bright in the package, but the color pay off against my skin was not bright or intense (even though I’m pretty fair, about NC30). I’m pretty disappointed. I’ll still give this 2 lippies because the white one was the only one that I liked the texture and color of, but besides that, this was a bummer.

The Electric Pop palette comes with four colors: Navy Blue, Yellowish Green, Frosty White with Gold Shiimer, and a Metallic Royal Blue and it comes with a good sized mirror. These colors are very vibrant and they can go on sheer or you can build it up for more opaque color payoff. However, this product creases so you must wear a primer underneath. I would also not recommend wearing these alone but as a color base for other shadows because they will smudge and smear during the course of the day. I like wearing them as color bases to intensify the shadows that I put on top. The navy blue color works really well at creating smoky eyes. I don’t think that I would buy them again because there are other cream bases, such as the NYX Jumbo Pencil, that I prefer over these. They are still good shadows and one of the good things about it is that you only get a little of each color so you are more likely to use them up before they dry out.

I can’t really remember what compelled me to purchase this particular creme shadow quad. I think I was looking for a good blue base, which this one has 2 of. I also like the lime green that comes with this.
Consistency is great, but can be a little too creamy if you don’t have a light application. I apply with an ELF flat eyeliner brush and it works perfectly for blending and giving an even application.
