The Profusion Cosmetics Festival Palette is a 35 pan eyeshadow palette that retails for $13 on the Profusion website.
My Experience:
I found this palette at Walmart one day and decided to try it out since I love colorful eyeshadow palettes and it was only $13. When I used this palette for the first time I noticed that the shadows were very buildable, but still pigmented, and there was no fall-out on my cheeks. Also, the mattes blended very easily and didn’t look muddy or patchy. I then applied a shimmer to my lid using a dry flat brush, I didn’t think it would work very well but it actually did! The shimmer shadow stuck very nicely to my skin and I didn’t notice any fall-out from it.
Pros:
Buildable but still pigmented, Affordable price, Large variety of colors, Contains neutral and rainbow shadows, Little to no fall-out and kick-back, Blends effortlessly.
Cons:
No mirror, Large palette.
Conclusion:
If you are looking for an affordable colorful eyeshadow palette, this one if a great one to check out! It gives you a great variety of all different colors, mattes and shimmers! I been absolutely loving this palette lately and it has become a favorite in my collection!
