I found a blue duo at dollar tree and unfortunately it was the only shade. I love using the light er side for sheer color or putting on primer and blending both together. It has gold swirls and what could be better than blue with flecks of gold. I like it and hope to come across more.. For s buck. User primer of you want real color payoff.. Just like with most drug store shadows

I bought a few of these duos, and found that they are equally awful. The shadows lack pigment, but have tons of shimmer. I had to really pack it on to be able to tell one color from another, and the fallout was awful. The texture of the shadows is soft and buttery, but I wish the pigmentation was better. I have $3 ELF shadows that I reach for before I pick up these :-/

This is a pretty good shadow! I’ve been burned by Maybelline shadows in the past…I usually find they have absolutely no pigmentation, but after seeing this in a magazine, I decided to give it a shot. The texture is super super soft, and the shadows have a great amount of pigmentation to them. I use both sides and a bit of a black shadow to create a really pretty green smokey eye. I’m definitely trying out the rest of these colors!

I’m on the fence about whether or not I like this eyeshadow. The green isn’t a bright emerald green, it’s more of a pale green with a faintly sky-blue sheen, especially when compared to colors like Nyx’s “Kiwi” eyeshadow, which is a bright yellow-green. It’s pretty sheer and doesn’t seem to like blending very well, but the pearly aspect is quite beautiful so I just suck it up and deal with it. Like everyone else already said, the two colors are more or less the same, although the swirly side seems slightly more… “dull” than the green side (probably due to the browns and whites swirled into it).
Overall, the color is nice to use once in a while, but it’s not my favorite.

I got the no 8, Sinful Sinnamon, Which has a duo part a shimmery light pink and a burgundy not matte, but not shimmery either.
I haven’t worn it yet, I will today , but only the deeper burgundy.
I like that one the best because it hasn’t got that much shimmer it’s got iridescence cooper undertone that makes my hazel eyes really pop!
I will not use the light pink shimmer because it’s autumn and nowadays I’m drawn to the matte and opaque! And because it’s pink which is not a good look on me.
Lasting power on my fingers is poor, but on the eye is OK I want to be able to wash it of.
The con for me is the package which is a bit hard to open without damaging your nail/ nailpolish and it comes without an applicator brush-which sucks!
Overall the pigment in the darker burgundy is quite rich with inflections that are giving it a chameleonic effect and that is good enough for me!

I’m very happy with this eyeshadow. The color is great. The gold metallic shine goes great with the pretty green color. And if you have green eyes like me it’ll really make them stand out 🙂

I got this off ebay (in a set of 3) for about 1.50,I had already tried the Sinful Cinnamon one and loved it so I wanted to give the others a try. This one broke when I dropped it, but it is still usable. I am wearing it today and I like it so far. I use the two colors as one now, due to the fact that it broke, the 2 colors are pretty much the same. I used this in my crease, and a darker green in the outer corner, and a cream color on my lid and as a highlight. Its a very pretty, shimmery, but not over the top, green eye. I want to try more colors now. The packaging is ok, a bit bulky but it doesn’t bother me. the price is ok, I would recommend a bogo, or ebay. Staying power is good, I use a primer though.

I really liked the way this color looked on me and I got complimented about how pretty my eyes looked the first time I wore it. However, the lighter color had to be applied with a heavy hand to get it to show up. The staying power wasn’t very good either. I got this on clearance for $4 at Target, but I would probably not repurchase. I also didn’t like the bulkiness of the packaging.

I bought 2 of these this morning at a nationwide chain drugstore. They had them on sale BOGOHO. So I bought Ivy Icon and Carbon Frost.I wore the Ivy Icon to church today and immediately got a compliment from my friend on the color. I personally love this color and the quality, since I’m not heavy-duty about makeup (as of right now) this was good for me. Light, shimmery w/o being over the top. And I absolutely love the look of mineralized shadows but I refuse to pay $14.50-$16 for one shadow at this point. There was very little fall out, and I mean VERY LITTLE but that’s me! I’m still wearing it just to make sure that I STILL like it!!

The color and finish of both sides of the duo are gorgeous, and it’s neat to see a MAC style mineralized duo eye shadow available at your drugstore, but I was disappointed with the pigment of this product. I wore the solid springy green side today and really had to pack on the color, even when using it wet. I felt like I must have applied 3-4 coats of damp color to get the sort of pigmentation I expect from my eyeshadows. It was quite annoying, though I was pleased with the final result: a cool, medium green with just the right amount of shimmer/sheen. It blended well, though I found the wear time almost as disappointing as the pigmentation. It’s not so bad it’s gone by the end of the day or turns into a creasing mess, it just starts to look sickly and washed out midway between lunch and quittin’ time even when applied over a good base. Such a shame, because I’m a sucker for good greens and I really like the colors of both sides. I likely wouldn’t repurchase.
