This is the first Sydney Grace eye shadow product that I have purchased. I ordered it after hearing the great reviews on You Tube. I have to agree that the quality of the shadows is really good. There are several neutral shades that I will use on a regular basis and some other shades that I want to try. The shadows blend easily and really last. I think that the colors look as good twelve hours after they were applied as the initial application. I would also say that I was really impressed with the customer service. I had a question about my order and I had an immediate email response. The palettes sold out the morning of the release so I was placed on back order, I was kept aware of the status of my delivery. I have two critiques or suggestions: the palettes come in a lighter and darker version, I ordered the Light and it is not labeled as the Light version. The second is that I wish that the lightest shade was a bit lighter to make it a better brow highlight for someone with a lighter complexion.
