Don’t even waste your time and money. I don’t know if people are really inexperienced with makeup and that’s the reason why they give such rave reviews but this eyeshadow is laughable. Yes it swatches nice, after 5 swipes, but on the eyes there is no adherence power or pigmentation. I have tried to apply it so many ways with a dense synthetic brush, fingertips, and Mac fix plus (don’t even attempt this way because the eyeshadow becomes all crusty). Literally within 5 blinks the eyeshadow has left my lid. Honestly, just buy L’Oreal’s Amber Rush it will not disappoint you and you can intensify it with Mac Fix plus or eyedrops whichever mixing medium you have on hand. Make up Geek does not compare to Mac in the least bit, if anything they compare to Wet N’ Wild and I do not get as upset if a couple of matte shades are chalky in my 9 eyeshadow palette that cost me $5 vs the $45 it would cost from Make Up Geek. WHAT A SCAM!

If you have blue of green eyes, this shadow is a **must!** This shadow is a coppery, shimmery-(not glittery) color. It’s the type of color that looks somewhat natural-(It’s like your eyelid color, but better)…(I can’t believe I said that)….but, how it enhances your eye color is truly magical! 🙂 I love this shadow! If compared to a MAC color, I purchased a similar color Arena, which was too over the top “orange-y”, and it looked strange on me. I have a fair complexion, so coppery colors that come off too orange do not work for me. I’m sure I will be hitting pan on this one and I want to order more!
