This is a very unique color, kind of a pale to medium dusty purple. Reminds meow MAC Memorabilia. But the texture sucks. It’s patchy and has poor payoff. You can kind of build it up, but it builds patchy. It doesn’t blend well. It gets muddy if you try to blend with other shades. I’ve heard purples are difficult to formulate and I think this is a good example of that.

Do not buy this MUG eyeshadow!
It so so chalky and doesn’t blend well. The worst part it is, it fades to a steely grey color after about 4 hours.
For reference, I used a Real Techniques brush and Urban Decay eye primer set with a setting powder. Even without a primer, won’t budge from the first place you set it on your eye.

nmy niec got this and and wore it to a wedding we all went to, about after 2 hours it was a mess, creased like crazy and color was faded out…

I really like this one. Its a true matte violet. On top of primer it is very pigmented and beautifully enhances my hazel eyes. The texture was a bit powdering but for a matte at this price point its a small issue and it doesn’t seem to effect performance on application,

A matte, muted mauve/violet colour, definitely a pink-purple (or…a very purple pink, perhaps). I found that it was stronger than it first seemed when used on the eye, especially over a base. Blends well, with no real issues- no patchiness or fallout to any noticeable degree. A solid quality shadow, nothing to be blown away by, but very good nonetheless, especially for the price, and the colour is pretty and not quite as subdued as it appears.

Fairytale is a muted lavender purple with a matte finish. There is definitely no shimmer in this shadow. My first impression of this shadow was by a swatch on my hand, I was slightly disappointed as It seemed to applied patchy. It is nicely pigmented but not as smooth as a MAC shadow and not even as smooth as my NYX shadows. When I applied to my lid I was pleasantly surprised to see that it applied smoothly and blended out well. However I am still not 100% convinced that these shadows are not the same as coastal scents hot pots
