This was one of my first purchases from Sephora when it arrived where I live several years ago. LORAC’s single eyeshadows are definitely under rated and Moonstone is the perfect workhorse shade.
Everyone has done a great job of describing the colour and I like wearing it all over the lid for a very natural look or using it as a base for a soft bronze look.
I love the smooth texture and pigment.
Unfortunately LORAC is no longer available at my Sephoras so it means a special trip across the border.

I have been searcing a really long time for the perfect lid shade. I want something that is like skin, but better. Not peach, not pink, not gold, not silver.
For me THIS is it.
I’m very, very fair and this is just a hair darker than my actual skin, which gives me a little bit of depth, but no shadow and just a hint of shimmer. Contrary to what conventional wisdom says, I believe a hint of shimmer on aging eyelids softens and disguises those fine lines and crepiness. This has just the right amount of that without being frosty, which really does add years.
The really nice thing about this shadow is that I can use it alone on days when I want just a little bit of polish, or as a base color for a more dramatic look. In addition, I’ve found it makes a fantastic highlighter for cheeks and cupid’s bow.
The quality is undeniable and though I don’t LOVE spending that kind of money for a single, I will. It’s that good.

LORAC does not get enough love imo. The single eyeshadows are great quality-beautiful colors and wonderful pigmentation. I can get decent (6-8 hours) wear with my very oily eyelids. If I use a primer, this will go 12+ with no problem.
As the others described, Moonstone is a great everyday neutral. I have almost finished my second container.

This is one of the shades in the Croc palette. The Croc palette is the same price as two LORAC shadows, so if you are interested in any of the other colors in the palette, that would be the better buy. Another thing about the palette is that the shadows are square instead of round and they are the same size as Trish McEvoy shadows (and the blush is the same size as a Trish blush) so you can depot the colors in the palette and fit them easily into a Trish compact or planner or any other empty compact of the same size.
This is a beautiful shimmery cream color. I can use it as a wash and as a highlight. It shows up as just subtle color and shimmer. The texture is fantastic, very smooth and silky, and it lasts nearly all day without a base or primer underneath.

I love Lorac shadows. Great pigmentation and the texture is wonderful. I bought this mainly for the name. :3 Luckily it looks fantastic on the lid especially with a plummy brown in the crease. It pairs well with any browns, pinks, or plums.

I wish it had a hinge lid. Fortunately I have this in a pallette. I love it as a base and highligher color. I like to wear this with an eyeliner and mascara for my days off. It works well with gold shadows. This blends nicely and easily. It is highly pigmented, I love to use a crease diffusing brush to put it on. It will last for a long time. It goes perfectly with my Casper skin. =) I use this shadow a lot!

The quality is decent for this pinkish-peachy-champagne eyeshadow. However, I get a little annoyed by it b/c it’s too dark to be a highlighter, yet too light to be a crease shadow. And, I hate the inconvenient screwtop packaging — all department store/Sephora shadows should just move to hinged lids already! Will not repurchase.

This is a lovely shimmery darkish champagne (bordering on taupe). It looks great with my blue-grey eyes, and I’ve had success using it in conjuction with LORAC e/s in Serenity. Just a good solid neutral. As with all LORAC shadows I’ve tried, this applies smoothly, blends well, builds nicely and stays put for the whole day (and I’ve never used a primer). A bit pricey, but it’ll last me a while and the quality makes it worth it.

Nice pale/shimmery highlight color. I was “made over” at Sephora with a similar color (unfortunately can’t remember the name) but when I got home and used it myself it was horrible! Went back and bought this instead – love it! Great quality – still pricy, but you get what you pay for.

Fantastic light color on my PPP skin. This is the shadow I wear most days, as a wash, and i can’t think of doing without it. Goes on so smoooooth, doesn’t crease, layerable, stays on for ages. The shimmer is subtle (as is the color in general) Used with green liner it really makes my green eyes pop.
