Noir Fume in my opinion is truly spectacular. This eyeshadow palette is perfection for those of us who are cool-toned and have brown eyes!!!! I enjoy watching Michelle Wang on YOUTUBE and after seeing her review of Noir Fume, I knew that I had to own it because it looked so lovely on her. Michelle Wang is asian and of course has smaller eyes but Noir Fume made her eyes pop and look larger. I am caucasian, however, I have small eyes and I figured if Noir Fume looked so awesome on Michelle Wang, then perhaps it would do the same for me, and it did. Noir Fume is a gorgeous smoky and cool-toned palette and the quality and blend ability of the eyeshadows are exceptional. Noir Fume can be played up for daytime and nighttime looks and is truly a perfect palette as everything you need is right here in these four eyeshadows … the darkest eyeshadow makes a wonderful eyeliner and for added drama, adding a bit of navy eyeliner for some contrast looks so good. I love smokey eyes, however I find with my smaller eyes, a lot of darker eyeshadows tend to make my eyes look ever smaller, however, Noir Fume instead made my eyes stand out more. Tom Ford outdid himself with the palette. I have always loved Cocoa Mirage which is now sadly discontinued (why Tom why??????) however, Tom Ford has redeemed himself with Noir Fume (please don’t discontinue this one too) and I believe Cocoa Mirage and Noir Fume are the best palettes ever created by Tom Ford.
