Ellis Faas Creamy Eye e127, one of my favorite eyeshadows! But the packaging is a very cheap plastic container with a problematic use. The product does not come out, after some uses, even if I wash the brush after every use. In order not lose my product and my money, I decided to break the packaging and placed the cream eyeshadow in an empty container from the samples given by MAC cosmetics (yes, the quantity is so small). I ‘m happy that the product has not dry out. I really love the product, but packaging needs improvement. I really don’t know if I will by it again.

Ellis Faas is such an aesthetically pleasing brand with a great philosophy of a tapered makeup kit that has a beautiful appeal. It is packaged in beautiful silver and the textures are all cream based, with only one powder in the range.
I was always going to buy the Ellis Faas Eye Lights in the bronzed colour originally but then moved onto the more creamy matte shades because the idea behind cream matte shades really appeals to me. Now there are a lot of good, but there are a few “bads”. I’ll start with the goods:
1. The colour! It is so amazing, its a beautiful rusty brown that is amazing with green eyes. It has a hint of orange and its just lush. It just, so so so good!
2. The aesthetics of the packaging are freaking beautiful. Long silver tube that looks like a bullet! Just ah, is it weird to be sexually attracted to packaging?? Hahaha but seriously, packaging on point!
The bad’s:
1. Okay, it does crease on oily lids without a primer. Not going to lie, it doesn’t last all day. Funnily enough, its lasts all day on my hand (which is why i bought it in the first place because it was so long lasting there). Obviously I forgot about the only place I ever get oily which is weirdly my lids. If thats not an issue for you then, this will last a freaking long time.
2. Packaging functionality. Okay, it sucks. It takes FOREVER to wind up the product in the start, and also generally takes ages to get it out after the first bit comes out. THEN, now this really annoys me. Seriously so much. When the product finally comes out it rushes out and too much comes out!!!! So. annoying. So. annoying.
This eye product for me is one that is hit and miss. The colour is amazing, the aesthetics of the packaging are beautiful, but it creases without a primer and the functionality of the packaging is crap. Would I buy it again? YES purely because the colour is that great and it just makes me feel amazing, it makes my eyes look shockingly green and pop. And it just looks stunning on a vanity!
