I bought this merely because of the shade. It’s a metallic red/bronze that is kind of similar to Mac teddy but with more red. I have brown eyes (this one is meant for green eyes) but I love it on me better than any of the other shades in this collection. I swipe onto upper lid and a little on lower lashline, blend with Mac soft brown, and then go in with CT rock n kohl black eyeliner and lots of mascara. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on my eye makeup since doings this routine. It gives you a smoldering Smokey eye that’s suitable for daytime.

COLOR: The shade of this pencil is beautiful and actually difficult to dupe. Charlotte Tilbury describes it as a “metallic red toned bronze” and I completely agree. I don’t have anything like this in my collection and it looks great with warm looks (which I tend to gravitate towards because of the shade of my hair).
FORMULA: It’s not a creamy formula, but that explains why it is long lasting. It sets fairly quickly, I would say 30 seconds, so you have to smudge it fast. I use it as a liner as well and it works great, I don’t get that annoying line in the crease.
WOULD I REPURCHASE IT? Yes, absolutely. It has become a staple in my makeup routine.

This is a gorgeous colour which really brings out my green eyes. This eyeshadow is easy to apply and seems to last very well but the product sets fairly quickly so you have to smudge quite promptly to get the desired effect.
