I hate giving bad reviews to cruelty-free and vegan make-up but I gotta say, this is the worst eye-shadow I’ve ever used. I really really wanted to like this. Alas, it wasn’t to be. All of the colours are almost 100% invisible on my (very pale) skin. I was lathering it on and I still couldn’t get any colour. On the plus side, they’re very blendable but if you can’t see the eyeshadow what’s the point? Never buying again.

Why are WnW shadows like trying to break into Fort Knox when you first try to open them? Love that they are sealed but the packaging is the worst, cheap plastic, often breaks over time and yet they make it a royal b*tch to get them open! Packaging aside, I love how pigmented and easily blendable WnW shadows are. I don’t often do much more than a single shadow on my lids because my eye shape doesn’t allow for much space to play with multiple shades. Despite that, this quad is really nice and I’ve enjoyed using it, just make sure you tap off excess before applying or you will have to deal with cleaning the fall out off of your face. The shimmer shades are beautiful without being chunky or glittery, just the right amount of light reflecting particles to give you that “pop” on the lid. I had originally purchased one of the singles in a deep purple shade only it wasn’t at all what I hoped it would be but this quad combo worked out much better for me. WnW makes some of the best drug store shadows, especially for the price.

First off… The fall out is real with this product. How I deal with this. Well… I tap my brush over that color and when I need that same color again I use my bursh lightly to pick up just the fall out. A pain but there is a way around it;).
Second. The transition shade is awesome. I want wet and wild to come out with some singles so that the colors that will get a cult following with get the PR needed.
Third:. The eyelid shade. For me is a little to sparkly, never the less works well in this quad.
Fourth:. The dark purple and the white are both in need of other colors. Don’t use them alone!!!! Unless you have tons of tallent.
Love it. Just want to buy the transition shade though. It is to small for the amount I like to use it. And I hate to rebuy for one color unless it becomes my go to… Damn you wet and wild for making a GREAT shade.

I find this gem a perfect quad. Blendability, duration, pigmentation….all are excellent. For my taste, it is not a failure.

This is a decent quad if you don’t love purples but want to dabble or just want a purple for once in a while. The quality of the shadows varies a lot in this quad. The lavender transition color is very pigmented, easy to blend and a pretty color. The white highlight color is horrible.Hard, chalky and barely usable. The dark purple is very pigmented, easy to blend but on my eyes, the color is muddy, not as pretty as it is in the palette. The shimmer is gorgeous but after about 10 uses it is a mess and begins to crumble. It won’t apply with a brush and I have to use my finger. If I use a setting spray to wet my brush and go into the pan, it is a disaster. Then it hardens and I have to scrape it to use it again. I hit pan fast in the shimmer, the white remains untouched, it’s junk. I guess for 4.99 it’s worth it just for the large pan of the lavender and the shimmer which is gorgeous until it begins to degrade with use.
I would probably purchase it again because I do use it and I love the lavender shade.
