this eyeshadow in centre stage is huge lol its a chocolatey brown with slight shimmer. kind of remind me of mulch but cooler. its a beautiful brown to use all over the lids for smokey eye. The shimmer does not transfer much on the eye. I feel like this is the only slightly shimmery deep brown i ever need because its so much product. i can also line the lids with this. i wouldnt repruchase bacause i dont think ill ever run out. And i dont rock this dark of a brown so i rarely reach for this unless its a night out. But if i lose this id def be sad. Its a great dark brown to have.
Edit. Ive been using this in the outter v with patina on the lid and satin taupe in outter v or all that glitters on the lid and sable in the outter v for a warmer look. It works with both cool and warm tones and it looks so pretty.

This is a beautiful, complex, chocolatey brown color with great texture. It is similar to Carbonized from the MAC Me Over collection, but when I wore Centre Stage on one eye and Carbonized on the other, I could definitely tell I was wearing two different eyeshadows. Centre Stage is more metallic with a slight reddish tinge to it. Between the two, I have a slight preference for Centre Stage. I wish I had gotten more of the Peacocky shadows, especially Unflappable. This is currently depotted in a MAC blush palette (which the OCD in me does not like because the blush pans are bigger).

I wanted a brown MAC shadow and was SO SURE that I wanted a matte one, but when I swatched them on my hand, they all looked kind of muddy and streaky on me. Kept going back to try Centre Stage because I loved the colour, but wasn’t sure about the “metallic” finish. Plus I didn’t want to pay more for the huge size which I’ll never finish. Finally decided to just get it…am so glad I did!
It’s a gorgeous dark bronze kind of shade and, on my eyes, it doesn’t look nearly as shimmery/metallic as it did on my hand. Very smooth application. With UD’s Primer Potion as a base, this lasted through the entire workday with no creasing and no fallout! :o)

I love Centre Stage shadow! It’s great for brown smoky eyes. I bought this one and Unflappable from the MAC Peacocky collection, and yes they are both worth it 10 times over!

This pulled a bit cooler on me (I’m olive skinned) than I had hoped. It is still a gorgeous color, but I was hoping for a more golden-ish brown. I know this is compared to Chocolate Brown pigment, but I think CB is a tad bit warmer (and I prefer it to this). It’s still really pretty though and I don’t regret buying it. Beautiful texture.

This eyeshadow is simply stunning. It looks like velvety molten chocolate with gold flake mixed in! I mostly use it as a crease color unless I’m going for a smoky look, but darker ladies could probably use this as a gorgeous lid shade. It is expensive, but it’s so huge that it’s actually a better deal than a typical MAC eyeshadow.

When I got Centre Stage and swatched it on my hand, I wasn’t too impressed. It looked dark and smokey grey-brown on me but once I applied it on my lids, I fell in love. The bronzey sheen comes through when I use it on my lids. It’s very neutral brown on me and easy to combine with anything. Especially love it combined with plum and purple shades. You can smoke out any look effortlessly with this one. It’s very pigmented, imo not that metallic. So easy to blend too.
Compared it with Mulch but on my NC15ish skin tone Centre Stage is darker, bronzier and more neutral while Mulch is more golden and warmer. Wouldn’t purchase again just because it’ll take a life time to hit the pan.

I love this eyeshadow. Its absolutely beautiful and its the only thing I wanted from the Peacocky collection and its the only thing I got. It is totally worth the purchase. However, I had to return it becaue it is an exact dupe for a color I already have-Milani Metallic Baked shadow in Rich Java. Used wet, i couldn’t tell the difference and its a fraction of the price of a mac shadow.

I hardly ever use up eye shadows so this one will last me several years… even with daily use! I use this over my dark brown eyeliner so to make it a smudge effect. I love the colour since its softer than black or charcoal but it still has the deep dark look to accentuate my eyes. Love it!

I love this color so much as a crease color. I use this with tweet me and it looks so beautiful. I have yet to use it all over my eye but it is amazing anyway. I would buy this again and again if I ever ran out but since it comes in a big container and I have tons of eye shadows I don’t think I will. I would say that you for sure need this color because it is an amazing crease color and probably looks good as an all over color to.
