I am still searching for a product which makes my deep set eyes brighter without irritation. This shadow is better then concealer, no stinging and great neutral satin suitable for older skin. It is a little drying after several hours,but holds well, no creasing or smudging. Great for my needs.

Overall:
I absolutely love this product! I would rate it as a must-have in my everyday look. I use it as an eye primer rather than a shadow, and I have never had an issue with fallout, transfer, or creasing. It locks my shadow perfectly and makes it look amazing.
Buying Experience:
I got the 5-minute “Smokey Eye” Tutorial at Sephora in JCPenney and the salesperson used this as an eye primer to mattify my lids and create an even texture for shadows to stick to. After seeing the effect, I had to buy it.
My Eyes:
I have hooded eyelids with normal skin. Without a primer, eyeshadow does not stick. It rubs, falls off, and transfers. The Aqua Matic in S-52 (“Satiny Flesh-colored Pink”) is the exact color of my lids (so I never use it as a shadow by itself) but covers veins and mattifies my skin to make my eyeshadow look flawless all day.
Packaging:
I adore the twist-up stick. I don’t have to dirty (and subsequently clean) a brush to prime my eyes, I just rub the stick all over my lids and blend it slightly with my fingers to even it out. Though the end of the stick touches my eyelid every time I use it, I think it’s more hygienic than sticking my finger in a pot everyday.
Price:
I know there are cheaper options out there for priming the eyelids, but I think $22 is reasonable. One stick has lasted me 8 months plus approximately 4 more, with almost everyday use.

I have be lemming this shadow stick for ages and finally pulled the trigger and bought it during an emotionally low moment. I don’t hate it, but I am so under-whelmed. The color is pretty and I know it isn’t a show-stopper, but sometimes I like a clean look on my eyes when I wear a super bold lip. I thought this was gonna be great for this type of look and it isn’t that it is awful, but it isn’t what I had thought it would be. It doesn’t play well with shadows. I don’t think it plays well with eyeshadow primer. It looks super creamy and pretty when swatched on my hand, but it looks dry and craggy on my eye. I am only 30 years old, but it makes my eye lids look crepey and dry.
I am going to keep working with this shadow stick, but right now I don’t think I’m going to get as much use of out of this product as I wanted.
