A beautiful palette. These purples are gorgeous, they are highly pigmented and blend out well. Creates a beautiful purple smoky eye. Wears well without too much smudging or fading.

Shitty pigmentation! W7 has a dupe for $3 that works better than this. Not Mac:y quality att all, dont know what they did!?

Not very special. Good for everyday neutral look.
Not all the shadows are good quality. Don’t tell is very bad and creative copper is not very pigmented.
Update: I would buy again. Used this today for a loooong time and was happy to use something not very pigmented and I didn’t have to be so careful.
Very compact packaging, nice to travel with.

For my 1200th review’!!! I l <3 MAC how apprro pro! You get 9 colors in this mini palette & all 9 of them are wearable except there is 1 shade I reserve for using as liner type purposes. This & Dusky Rose x9 are really gr8 for nudetrals lovers a lot of varying beige, gold, brown, chocolate...these shades are more on the warm side than neutral. Seems like kind of an expensive deal but now the x9's are $32. Which is much more infinitely affordable for Jane Q, Public. The typically high quality I've come to expect from MAC!!

I purchased this on a whim because I saw the name ‘George Peach’ and felt the urge. Also, ‘Kitties’, seriously? I’m a sucker. All silliness aside…
Keeping in mind, I’m NC15 with black hair for this review.
7 eyeshadows that are not part of the ‘permanent singles’ range, and 2 that are (ricepaper and cork.)
The compact is the size of a normal MAC Quad, and it houses 9 tiny shadows at the size of 0.8g. compared to the usual 1.5g of a single e/s from MAC.
This is what I feel is the closest palette MAC has to the UD Naked 1, perhaps due to ‘Creative Copper’ that reminds me of Half Baked.
Row 1 offers the lightest shades of Cozy Grey, Kitties, and Georgia Peach. This is my favourite row. Cozy grey is a cool transition shade, Kitties is a shimmery peachy lid shade for me, and George peach is a dusky rose peach. I honestly wish they would make these 3 permanent as fullsize shadows!
Ricepaper is a light yellow-gold shimmer, Creative Copper is a shimmery bright gold/amber with good payoff for a lustre, and Cork is a matte warm brown.
The last row is the ‘drama’ row, of darker shades. Don’t Tell is probably the worst shadow of the entire bunch. I have no use for it, it really is a showcase lustre eyeshadow as the fallout is awful, the payoff is useless, and it really doesn’t show up. Perhaps a glue eyeshadow base would be helpful, but the point of this palette is convenience and it really could’ve had any other shadow placed in here, I wish MAC left this out completely.
Aromatic is a dark cool brown that I can use for my eyebrows. It works great for black hair, and likely would be good for dark brown brows as well.
What I wish they could have added to make this the perfect palette is a light matte cream shade similar to blanc type or brule, and perhaps take out ‘Don’t Tell’. I really do like this palette, even as someone who owns palettes upon palettes of MAC shadows and I feel like that says quite a lot!
