Rude Cosmetics – Prelude Eyeshadow Primer
Save yourself the time and money and don’t even consider buying this eyeshadow primer because of the cheap price tag of $5.99 (bought the product at the make up aisle in Marshalls). I bought this product because it looked promising, cruelty free, and the price was affordable, but my hopes and dreams was tossed out the window after this product shat on my expectations. FYI This product is absolute garbage and belongs in a dump. Here’s my observation and honest review on why I hated this product.
1. Consistency and colour is a lot like a light watery concealer.
2. Formula makes it hard to spread evenly around the lid;
When applied to the lid and trying to evenly spread the product, it starts to look blotchy.
3. The product flakes and peels after application. It RUINED the makeup I already had on and this made me SO MAD.
The price tag might be alluring, but I’m warning you now, for the cheap price; you actually get what you pay for. I’m HORRIFIED they were allowed to market this crap. I bet the dollar store has better alternatives than this one. I ABSOLUTELY HATED IT. Then again, it’s RUDE COSMETICS and most of their products has always been a let down.
I give it a 1 out of 5 stars for overall rating because it doesn’t allow me to give it a big fat 0.
