Great product, amazing for loose shadows and glitters, no fallout nothing and it makes the colors stand out so much. I must use it with normal shadows too. Will repurchase but not soon since it has a big amount of product and you only need a tiny bit.

I am still skeptical about this product. I used it an my shadows creased and I didn’t even wear it for a long period of time so that sucks but I am going to keep trying it until I see that it’s not as good as I hoped.

What a great find! I just bought this for my daughters Halloween makeup and it works great! They needed super glittery eyes and this primer not only made the glitter stay perfect all night, but it made the other, non-glitter shadows stay perfect too. I highly recommend this!

Just wonderful!!!! Once you use this, the pigment/glitter is not going anywhere. I purchased it because I lost my too faced glitter glue, and they were out at my sephora. Boy, am I glad they didn’t have the too faced one. This is not only cheaper, but I think I might like it more. If you wear pigments or glitters, YOU NEED THIS PRODUCT.

I was in Sephora, and wanted the smaller travel size of the UD primer as it fit into my budget at the time better than the full size did, when I came across the Glitterguard primer.
Pros- At $14 for a .33 oz tube vs $12 for a .2 oz tube of UD, it’s a pretty good value. It does live up to its claim of gripping onto glitter, shimmer and loose pigment. I compared it with a UD primer in the store, and it had much less fallout with a heavy glitter shadow than the UD one. I didn’t try the 24hr claim, but I did wear it all day at work, then out to dinner and a walk on the beach afterwards and had no loss in color from my eyeshadow, and no creasing. It’s pretty portable and slips into my small makeup bag in my purse easily.
Cons- it’s not as creamy as I’d like, and is a bit tacky, but considering it’s supposed grip onto the glitter it has to be.
Overall, I really like this primer, and will purchase it again. Hopefully Sephora keeps it around as I really like it better than the UD primer.
