I got this to compare against the Urban Decay Original Primer Potion, which is my HG eye primer. This is much, much cheaper at £5.95 but reviews elsewhere online have been pretty positive, so I was hoping it would work well for me. Sadly that wasn’t the case.
I have oily lids and for me, this never dried down completely. As a result it made any powder eyeshadow I applied over the top of it look patchy and as the day progressed, it would shift around on my eyelids. The end result was a really messed up eyeshadow look or eyeshadow that had rubbed off completely by the end of the day.
If you have drier eyelids this might still work for you, but for anyone with oily lids I wouldn’t recommend it. The UDPP might be more expensive but for me it’s well worth the money over every single eyelid primer I’ve tried so far.
