First let me say that I detest under eye concealer because it makes my eyes look 10x worse than without, only always. So I was looking for something for my dark circles. I also have sensitive, acne prone skin and a light-med golden olive skin that is very difficult to match. This stuff is the bomb! It helps decrease my slight puffiness and it diminishes my dark circles a bit, but I also use it also as a spot primer in my t-zone and on red marks left from breakouts. It lets me use a tiny amount of spot concealer pencil on top of this primer and a clear powder for near flawless skin. No breakouts or sensitivities yet and I can be close to makeup free. It’s a tiny amount in the container, but I LOVE it.

I never knew I needed an under eye primer, until I have discovered this little guy.
I have very dark under eye and using a corrector is a must for me. I often use a concealer too, so altogether, some level of creasing is inevitable. I don’t like using powders, so this primer is a great compromise.
I can’t say whether it helps with depuffing, but to extend the wear of your corrector or even for a better concealer application, this stuff is lovely. I talk more about it, plus Becca’s under eye corrector and powder, in a separate review here ( in case you need more info and to see unedited product shots. All in all, if you have dry under eye and need a little bit of smoothing – you can’t go wrong. It is infused with a lot of nice ingredients, so is good for the skin too.

This product is specifically catered to fine lines and puffiness. While I don’t think it made a huge difference on my fine lines, for the puffiness its been amazing! I’ve been dealing with puffy under eyes for a while now and could not find anything to help me…. until I found this product. If you have issues with PUFFINESS then I definitely recommend this product it is well worth the money! PS. There is a slight cooling sensation under the eyes but I found it relieving 🙂

I have a lot of under eye problems (dark circles, crepiness, sunken in) so I was excited to try Becca’s new line. At $40 for a 3.7g balm, this was pricey but if it worked it worked. Unfortunately it did not, this literally did nothing. I noticed no wrinkle filling, no blurring, no brightening, I still looked aged and tired, it didn’t extend the wear time of concealer and to make matters worse in what I think was intended to be a cooling factor ended up having a menthol like burning sensation. The description says this can also be used throughout the day to freshen up but all it did was disintegrate my makeup.
This was a total flop for me. The only products I have found to work are The Ordinary caffeine solution plus a thin layer of vaseline under concealer.
