To be honest this stuff is weird. Never had such a bad makeup remover. In general, I don’t like Sephora products because they are so overpriced and it feels more and more like a rip off. It irritated my skin really badly and I don’t have a ultra sensitive skin. I can’t recommend this product at all. Be careful and always look what you are spending your money on.. I had to learn it the hard way 😭

Oily, messy, and stings my eyes . Perhaps because it is fragranced? Which also meana it is aging to the skin around the eyes. Works average but slower than most and then I have to go in afterward with another cleanser. If you want a dupe for Lancôme Bi-Facil Eye Makeup Remover there are cheaper and more effective options.

I got a deluxe sample of this product in exchange for 50 Sephora points. It’s the worst. Irritates my eyes and leaves a burning residue even after double cleansing. I end up having to go back in with good old Bioderma every time.

Didn’t like this – it’s very oily. Burns my eyes and face. It doesnt really remove eye makeup well, and using a cotton pad on a circular motion at my eyes irritated it further. I pour a good amount on the cotton pad to wet it (less friction), however I have to use another cotton pad to put underneath it to soak up some excess while I remove my eye makeup – or else the excess will seep into my eyes 🙁 I’m very reliant on using cleansing balms because they are so gentle, no friction, and perfect for removing makeup, hence I might be biased. I really did not enjoy using this and my eyes were really irritated by it.

Pros:
– not too oily
– removes makeup even waterproof
– more affordable than Lancôme bi-facil
– cheaper than bi-facil but not a dupe
– small hole at top dispenses just enough without spilling
Cons:
– not oily enough so it takes longer than my regular jojoba oil
– not as good as bi-facil
Unless Lancôme find sense and stop increasing bi-facil price, I wil stick to jojoba.

I struggled with this getting all my eye makeup off

This made most of my eyelashes fall out!!! It also burns my eyes. It removed eye mu well but at the cost of my lashes 🙁 Here is a detailed video of my experience:

I finished a bottle of this and I can say that it is a decent bi-phase makeup remover, which you have to the shake the bottle to “activate” the removing properties. I took one lippie off because I found it slightly more oily than some drugstore brand makeup removers. It also takes a bit more time to remove waterproof mascaras compared to my HG L’Oreal Micellar Cleansing Water. I would repurchase this product if this went on sale in Sephora’s website or as a product I can fall back on when my HG is out-of-stock.

Works really well and it does not irritate my eyes. Love this stuff. It also works well with cleaning up any make up errors without destroying your whole make up look.

Excelent makeup remover. The only bad thing I can say is that it is oily. I just do not like its feel in my already oily skin.
I use the L’oreal one nowadays.
