This is honestly one if the worst mascaras I have ever used. The brush was interesting in concept, but the formula just doesn’t go with the brush at all. I get that this is supposed to give a clumpy kind of look, but there is zero control, so it just looks unflattering rather than edgy.

I have heard bad things about this mascara but for me I really like it. I think most of the negativity comes from it being a little bit hard to use, as if you don’t have a light hand it can give you spider lashes. For me this is one of the best waterproof mascaras I have tried. It doesn’t flake or smudge, it stays all day long but it can be a little hard to take off. I use cold cream to take of my makeup and I do have to go in a second time on my eyes just to make sure I get all of it off. That being said; my eyelashes have never looked better, I get long lashes with very few spaces in between. I don’t mind having a little space between my lashes but it can go overboard very easily with this wand. Overall I really enjoy this mascara.

Love this mascara – it does not smudge (and everything, including waterproof mascaras, smudges on me), and it can be built up quite a bit. It is a pain to remove, so I can’t really use this on a daily basis, but I love the look when I am looking for something special.

Not too shabby – nice volume, nice definition, like the brush. No clumping. Doesn’t bother my contacts. Need cleansing oil to remove (which I use anyway so no big deal). Like almost all waterproof mascaras I have used for the past year, I need to top w/ NYX waterproofing topcoat simply because my sunscreen causes raccoon eyes, but I have resigned myself to the fact all waterproof mascaras will now do this to me and I’m not willing to change my SS.
Will repurchase.

I don’t mind this mascara, but I don’t love it either. It doesn’t hold a curl great and isn’t buildable. But it also doesn’t clump, flake or smudge. I’ll use this up, but it’s not my favorite.

Amazing HG waterproof mascara. I like a heavy mascara look and this mascara is amazing for volumizing and adding thickness. I took one lippie off because I can not get it off easily!! So, I bought the non waterproof Miss Manga which I loved also, but also difficult to remove. For waterproof, this mascara does not move all day, does not smudge or flake, but I wear 2-3 layers and it is very hard on my lashes in both formulas to remove. So even though it is HG for me, I only use it on special occasions, it is just to rough to remove for daily use.

I love this mascara. I have short straight Asian lashes. I only use one mascara at a time, and I throw away the mascara after 3 months. I have used this mascara daily for the past 2 months. Initially, I loved the way it applied. It took a 3 day learning curve to get a great application due to the wet formula, but the end result is longer, voluminous lashes, and a curl that lasts all day. I cannot say this for any other mascara. The one down side is that it smudges after ~ 7hrs of wear which to me translates that the mascara is not as waterproof as it claims. I will be buying it again though because I love the initial effect. I get a new mascara every 3 months and alternate with my “HG” and currently this mascara is my HG although it leaves more to be desired in the smudging department.

I think this has reached HG status with me. I love me some thick, dramatic lashes, when they’re actually ‘visible.’ Can’t stand ‘natural’ mascaras. I have small eyes and I want mascara to help make them bigger, more visible. This may go on a bit thick sometimes but it’s easy to comb it out with the brush if you go over a couple of times. Love it! I use it both for top and bottom lashline. Gives amazing volume.
I can easily take it off in the shower at night with my usual Olay Regenerist cleanser on its own and then with a cloth.
It doesn’t flake and doesn’t irritate my eyes.

I love this mascara it is a great drugstore mascara. The packaging is cute and I think is meant to appeal to young people. I always purchase the waterproof blackest black. I have repurchased this mascara it is even in my makeup bag that I take to the gym. It is a little different from the original Miss Manga . This brush does not wiggle and it has more of a spiky design within the bristles. It still has the triangular tree shape . I do think you should wipe off the excess product before you apply it. I really think it is a great go to every day mascara . It holds a curl , lasts all day and does not have a weird smell and it does not irritate my eyes. I think it is great for all ages and a little goes a long way . Definitely worth trying.
