I absolutely love this foundation. I have combination skin, leaning slightly more oily and this was perfect for me.
I bought the foundation in the shade ‘Shell’ and let me tell you, there has NEVER been a foundation in the drugstore I have found that matches me so well. I have neutral undertones so I’m not cool and I’m not warm, and this foundation is the perfect combo of pink and yellow tones.
I bought this lovely product at priceline because it was only 5aud.
I wish I had bought them all because to my surprise when I went back to buy this again, it had been discontinued. *dies inside*
The colour ivory is too dark for me.
the product did not break me out, I only get the occasional hormonal break out though.
the smell is nothing too shocking (its been so long since I used it that I don’t remember)
Overall, this is my holy grail foundation. I have tried illamasqua, ysl, estee Lauder double wear. And nothing compares. I pray they bring back the shade shell
I always used this with my models prefer brightening primer and set with Rimmel London Stay Matte powder in Translucent. I would use the NYX blush in Dusty Rose and the Mary-Loumanizer by The Balm to highlight. I don’t like to contour or bronze because I just don’t like the way it looks on my skin (maybe its how I apply it though)
Pros:
lightweight
medium-buildable coverage
colour was a perfect match
good for my oily skin
semi matte finish
concealers blend well on top.
didn’t fade nor transfer
lasted all day, (9am to 9pm)
The price is right.-cheap for drugstore in Australia. Only $17 and can find on special quite often at priceline
Cons:
no shade to match me anymore.
have to buy seperate pump.

This foundation is not at all what I expected! I saw it on sale at Priceline ($7) and just decided to buy it. I had read the previous reviews before I tried it on, and honestly,my heart sunk when I read all the negative reviews. But when I tried it on, SURPRISE! It has great coverage for a medium coverage foundation and I’m using it as an everyday product.
Pros:
– medium coverage and with some powder, I’ve hardly had to use ANY concealer at all (and I have acne-prone skin with red marks, pimples and scars most of the time!)
*NOTE: when you first apply it, it makes your face look bad (uneven tone, hardly any noticeable changes, and skin appears oily) but after you’ve done all your eye make up, you can REALLY see the difference
– semi-matte to matte (depends on what primer and moisturiser used)
– easy to spread (not too thick), long-lasting (which is great for long hours at school)
– minimised pores
Cons:
– not sure if it lived up to the ’12 Hour All Day Wear’ promise
– no pump on the bottle, so it gets VERY messy sometimes (though I’ve heard Priceline sells the pump though I’ve never seen it in store)
– the colour I got was ‘Medium Beige’ and it was a bit too dark for me and it appeared slightly orange-y.
Just to add to the details of my skin; I’m: combination (though sometimes very dry or very oily – and this foundation still works perfectly well for me), acne-prone & sensitive
Though this is not my most favourite foundation, it is definitely one that do tend to reach for on a day-to-day basis. It’s great for long days and no matter what weird skin type I am on different days, its always creates an almost flawless finish.

I bought the “Infinite Colour Foundation” in Shell which is the perfect super pale for me. Very beige – no pink or yellow undertones. 30ml bottle for around $AU17 – I bought the pump applicator separately which helps a lot. It goes on quite smoothly and has a matte finish. I usually apply high SPF sunscreen underneath which adds a more dewy finish to the look. It lasts very well, no rubbing off on clothes etc. Good coverage despite light formula, I sometimes use a little extra dab as concealer too as it doesn’t settle into lines. It’s half the price of my Innoxa and just as good so I will be using this from now on. Would happily recomend it.

I’ll be honest, I’m a sucker for packaging, that’s why I bought this foundation 😆 But I’m so glad I did! It has a faint rose fragrance that disappears after a few seconds on application. This coverage is medium but buildable, evens out my face and the finish is slightly dewy (not not too shiny).
I’m realling loving this foundation, it doesn’t cause me breakouts or sensitivity, also, it didn’t crease on the lids. Very pretty!
finickyMare4
I don’t normally write reviews but I simply have to give a great review for this item, as truly agree with another MUA review, that this product is so underrated.
I have used previously Giorgio Armani , benefit, Chanel, Mac face/body and believe me ladies that Anna Sui foundation is amazing!!
I like a slight dewy finish as I’m early 40’s, so I need a little help towards a youthful glow but I have slight oily skin with dry patch around nose and outer face, so very difficult to find a foundation that doesn’t cake or slip off my oily areas and crack on the drier zones.
Anna Sui is perfect – glides on so smoothly, really evenly, giving a slightly dewy finish and stays on “all day” without any touch ups.
Seriously… I don’t apply primer or finishing powder and it does not move all day, looking exactly as it did on application 12 hrs earlier, which is truly amazing given my oily complexion.
Very pretty packaging, lovely bottle design and product has a lovely delicate rose scent.
The only reason for 4 out of 5 for price is that one layer is a little light for me but positively this is buildable product so 2 layers is perfect for me but may mean I get through the bottle quicker. That said, this still exceeds other foundations I’ve mentioned and I am definitely converted and I will definitely buy again.
humorousCheetah0
LOVE this foundation! It’s SO underrated if you ask me. I have a few shades in my kit, and have actually re-purchased a few more bottles for myself and my kit. The shade I use is B103 with a drop of B102 and it looks great on my medium beige/neutral skintone.
OH… and AS loose powder in 701 is THE BOMBBBBBB!!! Try it.
importedCoconut5
I must say I adore this foundation.
My skin info: I am really pale, have rosacea on my cheeks(broken capiliaries too) and my face is very dehydrated.
I am very picky about colour and find many foundations are way too yellow. Even the slightest yellow tint I run far away. Some foundations I have tried; Lancome, Dior (the worst), MAC(second worst), Smashbox, MUF, all seem yellowish and don’t work for me. Where as this foundation is yellow free, non streaky, hydrating/dewy, and looks natural.
Oh and I will add this foundation doesn’t seem to budge and I do not set my foundation with any powder ever.
resolvedLollies9
This is the only foundation that is an exact match for my skin. I have it in P04. I really like the consistency.
Doesn’t cause my sensitive skin to break out. Smells… kind of nice, it reminds me of old ladies, but in a good way…
haha.
The bottle is super cute, I like the little pump.
The only problem I have with this foundation is that on really hot days(25-30C), it feels heavy on my face, and I feel like it’s melting into my skin. Thankfully I live in Canada and we only have that kind of weather for about 3 months, if we’re lucky.
Other than that I love this foundation. My best friend was working at the Anna Sui counter and recommended it for me. I would say if you want medium coverage that lasts and doesn’t give you a chalky, dry look, go for this.

This is actually my current HG foundation. It’s my first HG anything XD
I got shade B02
SPF 12
A pretty good range of colours I think
30mL for about 4000 yen (at the Hankyu department store in Kawaramachi, Kyoto, Japan).
I’m not sure how much it is at home in Canada, but this stuff is EXPENSIVE!!! (and now that the exchange rate isn’t so great for me, it’s even worse)
Nonetheless, I don’t regret this purchase.
COVERAGE is pretty sheer, maybe no more than a medium coverage.
The smell is the signature scent. I honestly don’t know what the smell is. It’s definitely not rose (not like the roses that grow in my garden, anyway). It’s a bit of a sour smell.
I don’t hate the smell most times. Some days, I DO find discomfort with the smell…I dunno why. It’s just like how everyone has those good days and those blah days.
Bottle is cute. It’s made of glass. A pump would be nice. Or a smaller hole where the product comes out. The cap is glossy black, plastic and kind of shaped like a rose.
Not convenient for travel, but I can live with that.
How I get the product out: Put the back of your hand flat against the opening. Flip the bottle upside down. I feel product on my hand. Flip bottle and hand rightside up. Remove hand. NEVER REMOVE YOUR HAND WHEN THE BOTTLE IS UPSIDE DOWN (that should be common sense). Anyway, there should be a small glob of foundation on the back of your hand. Use a brush or your fingers (I find using fingers will give a more sheer application, yet more even)
Or you can just pour a little out. Since I’m a klutz, I often end up spilling so I use the aforementioned method.
The finish is slightly dewy. I like to use Palgantong Make-up’s Theatrical Powder as a finisher (it’s another HG of mine)
Underneath, I use a plain lightweight moisturizer (if I remember), a TINY BIT of concealer on random spots, a tinted moisturizer, and a tinted BB cream.
After applying, usually with a brush, I pat my face with a makeup sponge and “warm” my face with my hands (I think the warming thing KINDA sets the foundation).

This is my current HG foundation! I got the shade P04 and it matches my ppp skin tone perfectly.Im a MAC NC15, Becca Sand,LM Porcelain-Ivory (oil-free),LM t/m nude for reference. Texture of this foundation is relatively light and easy to blend in.This foundation evens out my skintone naturally. I like to set this with NARS Snow loose powder and it lasted on me for the entire day and without oxidizing on me at all. I like the signature tea-rose scent too! In terms of packaging, it comes in the form of a froseted glass bottle with rose design and a pretty black vintage cap.I have no issues with the glass bottle style, but this may be a hassle in terms of application for those who prefer pump-style. Am quite surprise that there are only 2 reviews here. Would definitely buy this again.

I am a NC23, Bisque 21 is the perfect match for me. Tha bottle says, Soft Fluid , Long Wear , broad spectrum SPF 20. I first moisturize then apply my SPF. I never rely solely on foundation. I can apply this with my fingers and not get streaking or cake face. This foundation covers everything while looking very natural and feeling weightless. I get a good 10 hour wear without it fading or breaking up. I love the finish. On my skin it’s between a matte and a dewy finish. It looks beautiful on my dresser. But, I wish it came in a more travel friendly container. Other than that, I love the product and hate the price.
lovesickMandrill0
Initially it gave me that dewy flawless look. After 2 weeks, my face looked ashen and I noticed it was drying by the end of an 8 hour day and my skin was flaking. Then my face broke out in pimples. I am disappointed as I wanted to like this. This product is not for me I’m afraid.
pleasedPlover2
For me this is the best foundation i have ever used. I have a slightly oily T zone, noticeable pores on my chin and redness. In fact without make up i look ill! This foundation transforms my skin! The coverage is great and i find one pump is plenty for me. It completely covers redness and seems to melt into my pores making them much less noticeable. It stays put all day without any touch ups. I love it and would highly reccomend it.
UPDATE: I have recently been using the treatment creme foundation from La Mer and it is even better!
pleasedBobolink2
a bit disappointed~ im a super fan of Creme De La Mer loose powder n face care products. The liquid foundation of it is not bad~but it isnt worth the price. It can offer medium coverage, But it can slightly lead to acne( or maybe im quite sensitive skin)
moreover, there are not too many shades to choose. The shade of Cream is quite dark for me but absolutely im not pale at all.I wont buy it again.
pridefulZebra3
Tried a sample of The Treatment Fluid Foundation in MA suggested shades neutral and buff to go along with The Loose Powder in Neutral that I recently purchased (and find a great fit for my skin type and tone). Both colors ended up having a greyish coloring effect on my skin and made my combo skin look like an oily mess.
truthfulWildfowl9
Oh how I wanted to love this product! I have fair, sensitive skin. I used it for about a week and noticed a small red patch near my mouth. Dermatitis!
I have only gotten this on my face one other time, and it was after using another LaMer product.
The dewey look was great, but a little heavy even for my 40+ year face.
Has anyone else experience this with this line?
selfishHawk0
i used a lots of foundation, chanel, cd, laura mere(?), shu umer(?)
but i coudn’t find a better one than this!!! hoohoo….. it’s covered very well. i use the ivory 9…… it’s a little whiter than my skin color….. ,,,, but it’s still look nature,,, huge love……

Makes my face super oily,, the finish is good but after 2 hours my face looks like greasy ball,,a little high expectations on this but this is nahhh… ????????????????????????
Update.. When i tried using this with baby skin pore eraser primer and chacott setting powder it can last up to 9 hours. With 2 blot and 1 retouch in humid weather

I think RMK is one of the best Japanese cosmetics brand. And this liquid foundation is a typical one. Applying it very easily. It has a medium coverage and that is why your skin looks natural. This one & Koh Gen Do Maifanshi Aqua Foundation are my favourite. The only cons is that it has no pump.
cautiousCod5
Receive a sample of this foundation, I do like the finish of this very dewy but this to me feel more like a really good tinted moisturizer, the finish is way too light and sheer, I have put 2 layers still can’t really build up the coverage . I have their creamy foundation definitely prefer that one.
adoringPup2
Wow wow wow. I am impressed by this foundation. I decided to buy as look fantastic had 20% off so I thought I would try. Reading the reviews I thought I would choose shade 102 which has yellow undertones. Unfortunately this is too light for me but I use my Laura mercier tinted moisturiser underneath which is a darker tone just to mix them so I don’t waste the foundation. Applied with my real techniques brush buffed on and then for extra coverage I use a sponge. Makes my skin flawless and stays put all day I also have 2 babies under 2 so it needs to last!!. Doesn’t dry my skin and doesn’t go into an oil slick. 1 lippy off just because of the shade but I will def repurchase in a darker shade when I can afford to again. Build able and I have managed to get upto full coverage without looking heavy. Follow me on beautyjunkie79 on Instagram for reviews. More to be posted on there soon

WOW! An out of this world foundation. This is an idiot proof foundation to apply and blend. I bought RMK liquid foundation because I needed a foundation that can withstand 40 degrees celcius days in summer, not slide off my face and lasts at least 12 hours. This foundation has consistently been highly recommended by many beauty bloggers living in hot and humid Asian countries and I thought I’d give it a trial. It lives up to the claims and hype. It is a sheer foundation and it feels like I have nothing on my skin which is fantastic for summer. It is very runny and you do have to shake it very well before using. I was surprised to find that it has very fine shimmer particles in the formula. It’s not very noticeable unless you look for it. I guess this keeps it from looking too flat. The downside is of course there is no pump. I am used to dispensing pumps so this does take a lot of practice to pour out the right amount. I have used too much and luckily the foundation does not cake and still looks quite natural. Yup… idiot proof.
debonairClam9
I received this as a gift and thought I would absolutely love this product given the rave reviews on MakeupAlley and the fact that I have blemish free skin. However, I noticed that after every application using this product, I would get these small pink spots coming up to the surface. When I used my other foundations I wouldn’t get this problem. I think there is an ingredient (or two) in this formula that my skin just doesn’t agree with and therefore I have discontinued using this product.
Despite this product not working for me, I can imagine someone with fairly good skin really enjoying this product as this foundation provides a very natural glow. It’s as though it’s your skin just slightly better. The colour range in this line is fantastic so don’t miss out on picking up this wonderful product that my sister swears by!
wrathfulLion9
I love this! This is my HG foundation! Very light coverage but you can build up very easily 🙂 no cakey finish which i love <3 i would definitely re purchase this!

I’ve heard an that an open bottle of foundation should be used in a year. I have this for 9 months now and it does it’s work fine.
I bought it for my wedding makeup and it didnt disappoint. It has a good texture for building up, since its water based. You can get a very thin layer with a moist sponge that gives the skin a glow or buid it up for full coverage (for photographs). Milk is quite fair and can work as a highlight if not used all over.
It’s my first foundation i like and doesn’t feel like putting on a mask. Usually i end up throwing an halfempty bottle away, but not this time. It still smells good and the new design is pretty too.
scornfulIcecream1
The first thing I have to say about MUS foundation is that they have a good range of colour. And while it the does not cover as good as matt foundation it is a pretty good foundation though maybe not in summer but then it’s hard to find a good liquid foundation for summer.
aloofThrush8
Not a perfect foundation, especially not during summer. However, it’s the best foundation I’ve ever used. Looks natural, feels good on my skin, easy to apply. I’ve tried a number of different foundations, but I keep coming back to this one.
adoringSwift5
I just bought this today, in MILK, on recommendation of the saleswoman. Anyway, I have really high hopes for this foundation. Before this, I would occasionally use Biotherm Light – but I had trouble matching my skintone and most of the women who works in department stores are ugly, envious bitches who won´t give you proper help even if they get paid for it. Anyway… Description: “This liquid foundation is waterbased and contains vitamin A, D and E to protect and treat you skin.” MILK certainly seems to be a perfect match for my skin, it´s the lightest shade there is, and has a neutral base which seems to work with my skin. Neither cool nor warm, really… The finish is natural, and my face feels smooth. No streaks or blotching, so far! Will update on this one after a month or so. Edit: Broke out when using this the first time – put it away for almost a year – and then tried this again. Worked nicely the first couple of weeks, but now I have lots of tiny little red papules all over my face…

I have been on the look out for a day to day foundation. I have been using Make Up Forever HD Foundation which I love but it is quite expensive and I don’t want to wear it every day.
I tried this make up and at first it looked great….I wore it a few times and it started to make my skin feel oily. Then I started to break out. I had only changed my foundation so I knew it was this.
I am very disappointed. The colour matched perfectly, but I’m not going to sacrifice my skin to this foundation.
humorousChamois5
coverage: low – medium, extremely buildable
Price: $38 approx. bought in department store
Let me start by saying…. LOVE. Love, love, love this foundation.
The shade I use is B00 and is the palest shade they have. (My skin is super pale.)
Anna Sui has the best packaging, period. It comes in a cute frosted glass bottle with a rose top lid. No pump.
The undertone on this one is golden. Not super yellow, but golden. Perfect for me. And it has Anna Sui’s signature tea rose scent which is divinely addicting.
I am sooo impressed with how this applies. Dare I say, it is almost foolproof. I tend to have a problem with streaking my foundation, but this one just glides smoothly and effortlessly when applied with fingers. Even when you build up the coverage, it stays smooth. Covers my problem areas so that I don’t need concealer. I just dab a bit more of the foundation where I need it, usually around my nose and chin.
It has a dewy finish(which I love, as I dislike matte foundations), feels very moisturizing and nice on the skin. Set with powder, this is a dream. It does not rub off. It stays put. And I look fairly fresh at the end of the day.
Overall: My go-to favourite foundation.
Rebuy? Yes!
There is a photo in my gallery of me wearing this foundation.

this liquid foundation is infused with anna sui’s signature tearose scent – a scent that i absolutely adore. it comes in a very cute rose-shaped glass bottle (contains 1 oz of product) with a rose-shaped black lid – it’s the dark goth princessy look that anna sui does so well. a small complaint – it would’ve been much better if the bottle was plastic instead so i wouldn’t have to worry about breaking it while carrying it around. but i guess the glass bottle adds to the glam factor, and i always feel so glamorous and classy when using anna sui products. it has spf 12 and PA+ and i picked this product up in B00, which is a perfect color match for my fair to medium asian skin with pink undertone. and i love the fact that it’s so moisturizing for my slightly dry skin, but doesn’t clog my pores! the anna sui website claims that it creates a nice “doll skin” look when you wear it, and i really think it holds true to the claim! it spreads easily and does not oxidize (turn greyish) by the end of the day, and as a little goes a long way and i only use it on my t-zone, i expect that it will last me a good while. it costs 4000 yen retail, but i think i only paid about 2500 yen for it. so it was definitely a good buy! will repurchase.

I am asian and tanned. I use the shade called Caramel. The foundation feels just as creamy and yummy as its name. This is the best foundation I’ve found so far that matches my skin tone. And I will continue to buy this product for that reason. Of course it doesn’t hurt that it makes you skin very soft and dewy. Very good medium coverage.

Imnot sure about this product. The sales lady at Neimans sold me on it after apllying it to my skin (my skin looked flawless). But I can’t for the life of me make it work at home. Very mask like and chalky which sux as it was almosty 80 dollars. Im still on the fence on this one and as I have really usd it enough Im not sure about breakouts?

I love this product! It is such a pity that RMK is not available everywhere, and I mostly buy it online. This foundation is light and covers really well, making the face smooth. I have oily to combination skin, and I’m particularly oily on the T-Zone, and this one does the job perfectly. It covers the blemishes and all of the little marks, without even having to put an extra layer of concealer. The only downside of the product is the packaging – no pump, and I really hate wasting the product for nothing without a pump, which is a whole lot easier to control. For this price, the company could have designed a packaging with a pump. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

I thought nothing can top anymore of my favorite foundations which are Nars SG, GA Luminous Silk and Face Atelier. ( Cle de peau could be an HG too but hate the smell ). But I was wrong. This foundation is just perfect in every way. It neither dewy or matte. It’s light with satin finish and it just melts into you skin. It covers the imperfection very well but it doesn’t look like you are wearing foundation at all. And I love it that it doesnt have a smell. This is definitely my new HG foundation. Nars, GA and FA are still a little off with my skin coloring but this one I got an absolute perfect match with 102. I’m Filipino and matches with Mac Studio Fix NC 25. This is not available here in the US but you can order it from http://www.beautybay.com. Worldwide shipping is free.

This was my first purchase for RMK. and i think its pretty expensive!!! 70SGD for only 30ml…. i used it with my MAC prep+prime which didnt really impressed me and i thought i wasted that 70SGD. My skin kept oxidizing and made my skin look super dull. But i keep googling and reading reviews on how good RMK is so i decided to get their best seller which is the creamy primer..in the end i bought the whole range… so now im using RMK Primer 01, RMK colour control in coral 02 , RMK liquid foundation in 101 and RMK press powder in 01. I LOVE THE OVERALL EFFECT and i cant stop looking into the mirror. its quite pricey because if you compare the volume of the product to chanel or other brands. RMK’s product volume is lesser and more expensive. though the liquid foundation and colour control’s packaging kinda sucks but the quality is excellent. i will continue to purchase until i find smth that gives me glowy and radiant skin without oxidation.
