On my second bottle of this. I’ve tried so many eye makeup removers, and this one does the job just right. It takes off everything, usually in just a couple of swipes. There is no scent, but as another reviewer mentioned, you do have to remember to shake it up so the liquid mixes together. It’s second nature to me now to shake it, but someone who just purchased this may take some time to get in the habit of it.

This is a dual-phase makeup remover, so when the bottle has been still for awhile, it has clear fluid on top and pink on the bottom. Shake to blend it together before applying it to a cotton pad or Q-tip and wiping off makeup.
PROS:
1. This works very well to remove waterproof mascara and eyeliner, including the tenacious Urban Decay Cannonball mascara and MAC Liquidlast. It easily removes deeply pigmented cream lipsticks with a lot of stain as well as liquid lipsticks.
2. The shaker bottle is easy to control, not messy.
3. I have sensitive skin and there are many products I can’t use. This one doesn’t irritate my skin at all.
4. No annoying masking fragrance.
5. Cleans Inglot gel liner off contact lenses with minimal effort. (Rinse and follow with contact lens solution).
CONS:
1. You have to remember to shake it.
2. It feels heavier than Koh Gen Do’s micellar water, however; I follow with a gentle foaming face cleanser, so it doesn’t sit on my skin for very long.
3. I heard one complaint from one person who said her eyes burned when she got some in her eye.
4. It’s kind of expensive for makeup remover: $20 for 4.2 ounces. If you’re on a tight budget, plain old coconut oil can do the same thing much more cheaply.
Overall this is a huge win for me. I love my waterproof eye makeup but at the end of the day I need to take them off without tugging a lot at my lashes and eyelids. This dissolves MAC Liquidlast liner even better than MAC’s own eye makeup remover.
I will definitely buy again.
