deseretrad6 Aug 10, 2008 I needed to see how things like this work. GreenOut is a FireDog equipped with a portable batteries. Is that available with all four of the bases for you?I’m working on a package for one…
RebelPride Aug 8, 2008 Awesome build. I just bought my first Australian Gem & Gem News (below in the pictures). Its awesome if you guys are as interested in and skilled as I was! Thank you!
Acme Republicanga Aug 7, 2008 Just wish the Goldco 1.2.3d would have saved my soul from cheating me like this. Not really – even “small” ASICs were good. Its not cheap (which I would love for a really high block size), but works (at least for my work space) and at least I could understand how mine would work on 3D Printers if I were to update any of my shiny parts.
Avenseye Aug 6, 2008 I love this guy. I think he has a gorgeous assortment of plugs and awesome 2D printed goods. I know that i’ve worked from my quadcopter for years (I will say it right away that this guy works for me to the best of my ability) and that he has been working with me for YEARS.

This emphasizes fine lines, pores, and dries unnaturally. This is difficult to work with. Sponge, fingers, brush, using primer, using moisturizer…I can’t get this to look good. I’m returning this to Walmart.
All the negative reviews here were the reality for me :/

I really, really wanted to love this. Sadly I don’t. Here’s why:
I absolutely love Flower brand and since I’m obsessed with their About Face foundation I thought I’d give this product a try. Unfortunately it’s is more like a foundation than a BB, and not a good one at that. It looks awful and streaky if you apply it with anything other than a beauty blender, it’s super thick and heavy-feeling, and makes pores and fine lines look magnified, which IMO is the exact opposite of what a BB cream should do.
I do like that it has yellow undertones, which in my experience is so hard to find in a drugstore brand. It’s price is good too. But honestly those are the only pros to this product.
I’m able to kind of make this work more like a BB by thinning it out with some primer and a few drops of smashbox primer oil. But that’s so much effort for a product that’s supposed to be quick and easy.
So disappointed. I still love the brand, just not the product 🙁

I bought this on a whim while shopping at Aldi’s yesterday. To be honest, I have no idea of why other than the fact that it was only $6, and I don’t have any SPF 15 products just for quick trots out to the shops or stepping outside on lower UV ray days. Whatever purpose this would serve, it was a complete and total miss for me. I was shocked to find that the colour ‘Fair’ was bronzer brown, but that turned out to be a non-problem and it spreads so thinly that it covers nothing, smears any concealers underneath, and leaves a yellowish-brown hue to the skin that looks completely unnatural.
I went for reapplication of my concealer/s (I use Lancome for the eye area and another for the occasional blotch/blemish elsewhere on the face), but it was to no avail as it all wore off in the oily mire of this BB cream, despite having used a heavy-duty setting powder and blotting away with rice paper all day. Conclusion: I’ve tossed it in the bin and am not going to bother trying any other salvage attempts. It isn’t buildable – yes I tried a few layers to try to use up the small amount I’d doled out – and yet it leaves enough colour and grease behind for the entire face to dribble off in a couple of hours. Honestly, the only Lacura product I’ve found that seems to be okay for me is the Naturals Anti-Aging Day Cream with Liquorice Extract Oil & Silk Protein. I don’t even know what this BB cream is actually meant to be A very oily tinted moisturiser you couldn’t that barely makes the ‘tint’ stakes. An SPF15 to thin to provide the kind of coverage needed to be effective (remembering that you need about a teaspoon of a standard SPF cream to cover the face effectively against all UV rays). Greasy. Marge Simpson yellow skin doesn’t do it for me. Now I don’t dare try their foundation lest I break out (as I’ve done with their face powder and other products), Maybe I try out their products at a time when my skin is particularly prone to breaking out…
amusedDoughnut0
After finishing my Dior BB cream (which I shelled out an unsuprisingly high price for) I’d heard about Aldi’s Lacura range and their BB cream that was much cheaper.
It’s consistency is little thick when it comes out of the tube so you only need a pea sized amount. After applying it on my face, I’d say it gave my face a natural colour that was a shade or two darker than my actual skin tone without looking fake or washed out.
For me any makeup applied over the top was easy to work with. I thought I’d found a cheap BB cream that looked good!
BUT after several hours of wear at work it did not last the day in the warmer weather — to my horror my face looked incredibly oily and as someone with combination skin, this was too much for my skin. The cream smeared off really easily in places above my mouth and forehead leaving the colour looking “patchy”, so I had to frequently go to powder excess oil from my face.
After several weeks of using the cream, I started to get breakouts on my face for the first time since being a teenager. I just want a cream that doesn’t require so much effort to maintain within a day and it just seemed to be too much of an effort to keep powdering my face to prevent shine.
Probably best for someone with skin on the dry side, but mine did not take to this well at all.

I cannot believe how good this product is. I have been wanting to try a BB cream for some time as a lighter alternative to foundation, and have tried may samples of well know brands such as l’Oreal, Olay etc. This is the only one I like, the rest seem to leave your face very shiny, emphasise pores and the colour and texture is never right. The light shade is perfect for my skin and blends in well, it is like natural skin but better. The texture is good, quite thick and gel-like and gives an even coverage. I rarely wear make up but would be happy to use this in place of my usual Dior foundation. I have been impressed with al the Lacura products I have tried so far.
murkyPlover1
Lacura cosmetics (from Aldi) are great value/effective products but I have to say their BB cream is an exception. Their BB cream is more of a tinted moisturiser, very soothing when applied to the skin and feels light and comfortable.
What I like about it is how easy it is to apply and I love the slightly fragranced scent.
What I don’t like about it is that it does not work like a BB cream, it has ZERO coverage and after application, my face looks like it is still bare–well the purpose of using a BB cream is to see some “effect” on the face. There are clearly no visible benefits after use.
I’ve also tried applying loose powder over Lacura BB cream to get a fresh “naked” look (can’t find the words to describe *LOL*) and I’ve found that it doesn’t “hold” the powder effectively.
This would be best used as a make-up base before foundation (or using a real BB cream). However, there is NO oil-control properties as well, so maybe if you’re not going to go out in the sun and sweat profusely, this will do.
If Lacura improves the formula of their current BB cream, I would definitely purchase to try. But as of now, no.

This makes my skin glow like a fine pearl! I love it! I was not expecting this to be as great as it is. I use the darkest color, Golden. Naomi Scott, the actress playing Jasmine in the live action Aladdin is a color twin to help you get an idea. Anyway, it’s so hydrating and it balances my complexion without looking fake. I must warn that I’m not looking for high coverage just a tinge of color to boost my skin on days it looks uneven in color. I apply it with my fingers. I just dot a few spots on my face with its syringe like end and smooth it in
I like that it has no acnegenic Ingredients and that the product list is surprisingly simple to read. It has no SPF but that’s in no way a bad thing here since I already use a great SPF product underneath. All in all this is a great tinted moisturizer and I’m in shock that it’s available at the drugstore. It completely blew away what I considered the best concept of a tinted moisturizer, TheBalm Shelter. If you’re not prone to acne or sensitizing ingredients that thing is a jewel! There’s sooo much pigment! But alas it triggers nasty breakouts on my skin so I was forced to look elsewhere. If you’re fair to dark tan with sensitive, clog prone skin or normal skin you will love this BB cream. Shame they don’t have darker shades for those with darker skins though.
troubledRat1
Awesome! I was surprised this wasn’t on here. It provides a good amount of coverage while being undetectable. Also, I love that I don’t have to use a beautyblender to apply it, it doesn’t get streaky if you use your hands. I have light skin with an olive undertone so it’s hard to find BB creams that aren’t pink on me and Nude is just right! I think I prefer this to Glossier’s skin tint. It’s not oily and has a more satin finish. My only complaint is that it’s a little pricey for the drugstore. I look forward to trying this as a primer.

I am NC30 and use the gold shade. I haven’t been a fan of BB creams because of my oily skin. When these were hot in the market, a year or two ago, I tried recommended brands but none lasted on my skin. A couple are still in my bathroom drawers gathering dust. So I tried this not having high hopes. To my surprise, this doesn’t my face greasy. In fact, I found it a bit drying which contradicts with the moisturizing claim. However, after a long day, I was super happy that my makeup didn’t move or melt. When I washed my face, I found my skin glowing and moisturized so I am not sure how it worked but it did. I highly recommend this to people with oily skin.
ardentCheese6
For the price, this is a good purchase. It actually is moisturizing (some aren’t), is light, doesn’t feel sticky and isn’t shiny like so many of the BB creams and tinted moisturizers out there. For someone like me who is over 55, the “light reflecting” particles added to so many makeup products really don’t do my aging skin any favors, serving only to highlight lines. This is good for a no-makeup look day. I like it and would repurchase for certain EXCEPT for the very limited color selection (3 shades at Ulta). Even the darkest shade is too light on me for summer, and I am a light-to-medium skin tone. If NYX begins to offer more shades, I would buy again.

This review is the the old formula made in Poland.
When I purchased it in June the packaging is now different and so is the formula. Previously they were made in Poland and had a 6 month expiration. Now it’s made in china with a 24 month expiration. The formula is definitely not the same. NYX needs to be more transparent with formula changes. I highly doubt I will repurchase it again.
PRICE: $13.00
Review is. for the formula made in Poland. The new formula does not look as nice on my skin, the color is not as nice and it felt drier and stung a little when applied.
DESCRIPTION FROM NYX WEBSITE:
Perfect the “no makeup” look with our BB Cream. Specially formulated without oil, this mineral-infused formula hydrates the skin and helps the complexion appear smoother. Wear it as a primer under your foundation, or alone for a touch of lightweight color.
I got the color Golden- Medium with golden undertone. Color selection is poor, only 3 shades, golden, natural and nude…. but Golden is a perfect match for me.
I don’t have dry skin, my skin is normal with a sometimes oily T zone. It does not irritate, moisturizes and is not sticky. I can use it as a primer or alone but prefer and usually use it alone for a nice light foundation that is not matte but not overly dewy either. It has no SPF which is a plus for me because I don’t need a sunscreen when I’m not going to be in the sun. I use my Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer if I need a sunscreen in it. The NYX BB cream is sheer and won’t cover much unless you build it up but I like it for a nice wash of color and to even out my skin and provide a base for blush and bronzer. I really have no discoloration and nothing that I need to hide or cover. It does not accentuates pores and fine lines which is a bid deal for me because if they do that, they are a hard pass for me. It says it has fragrance in it but to me it has no detectable scent.

this is the product I use on most days instead of a full-coverage foundation. It does a pretty good job of covering redness and patchiness in my skin, which is pretty much what I use it for. Personally I like to use a lower-coverage product all over and a high-coverage concealer where I need it, so this works well for me. I have combination skin and this doesn’t give me any problems, although I definitely do need to use a powder on the oilier parts of my face. This doesn’t really do much for covering my acne, but I don’t really expect a BB cream to. I only need a little bit each time and it’s lasted me a while. I’d repurchase.

Let me start off by saving it is sooooo difficult to find a BB cream that doesn’t oxidize easily and matches my cool toned fair complexion. I love this BB cream, but our relationship has come to an end because every single time I wear this product I end up breaking out. I don’t feel oily wearing it during the day but as soon as the time comes to take off my makeup I am met with multiple new blemishes (that weren’t there that morning). Oh well, it’s not me Nyx, it’s you.
solemnFalcon2
This bb cream has a slightly thick consistency, with a seamless patchfree colour (I am NC15-20) it’s light to medium coverage it doesn’t hide blemishes but it does obscure them slightly. (Concealer can be used to hide/fix this) I found the formula to be slightly dewy this may be because of the sunscreen, which is good but I wish it was SPF 30 for better protection. It has a floral-lemony/sandalwood scent which is different, but not unpleasant. Overall this is a good bb cream, great for days when you don’t want to wear heavy makeup
vengefulOcelot9
Love this, although it’s more light foundation with better coverage than most BB creams. I do use a bush to apply it and that gives a nice finish. The medium shade is quite dark but I find the light fine and I have pale skin.

Colour range is shocking for medium girls…. The med is very dark and orange’ the formula is thick and hard to blend and has a wax like texture. Meh!!!

I have olive-toned skin, and I bought this as a recommendation for yellow-toned BB creams. The coverage is amazing–just brushing it over my pores, sunspots and whatnot covers very nicely. It is kind of expensive for a drugstore product, but the quality is much, much higher than I expected. Be warned, I keep checking Walmart’s site to see if it’s still in stock, since going to an actual Walmart is a major trek, and it shows it out of stock everywhere. This led me to believe that it was being pulled from the stores, especially since I went into one Walmart (albeit a smaller one), and it wasn’t there. However, I stopped at a different Walmart the other day and the whole line was in the store, despite the fact the website says it’s not in stock. I bought two tubes, just in case.
The only thing that could make this better is if the packaging were such that I could easily add pigment to the bottle (I add green to counteract much of the pink that is typical in foundation-type products). Even with the amount of yellow that is in this, I still wouldn’t mind adding some green pigment, and without emptying the tube, this isn’t really practical.
thriftyWasp1
great product – goes on easily and last all day – only issue is this product is definitely heavier coverage than i want in a bb cream – if you are looking for an all in one full coverage or medium to full coverage product, this is one you should absolutely try
dopeyHare8
I’ve put off reviewing this for a few months because I am so conflicted about this stuff.
On the one hand, it’s yellow toned, not pink or orange like a lot of drugstore products. It also has fantastic coverage for something that feels as light as this does after it’s applied. I would definitely call it full coverage. It usually totally covers my acne and scars, without concealer.
But I hate the way it looks after it dries. I end up looking like I have scales on my face because of how this sort of breaks up on my face. I could forgive that if it happened after hours, but it’s like that after a few minutes no matter what I do.
It dries pretty fast, so I’ve even tried working in small sections at a time. I’ve tried applying this with primer, without primer, on a bare face, with just moisturizer under it. I’ve used it alone, with setting powder, setting spray. I’ve used my fingers, a beauty blender style sponge, a cheap makeup sponge, a foundation brush, and a BB cream brush, all with pretty much the same results: scaly looking face. I’ve even tried just applying a tiny bit of it to problem areas instead of my whole face, and mixing it with foundation, sunscreen, moisturizer, and thinner BB creams with no luck. If I had a product that applied beautifully and mixed in just a little of this for extra coverage, it would look scaly.
I just can’t get it to look good most of the time. I think maybe twice it’s looked alright, but I didn’t do anything different and it started looking bad after a couple of hours instead of minutes.
And, I’m almost 100% certain this breaks me out. There’s always a chance it’s coincidence, but I don’t think so.
Pros:
-Full coverage
-Light feel after it dries
-Yellow based instead of pink/orange
Cons:
-Makes my face look like I have scales
-Very limited shade selection (I’ve only seen 4)
-Pricey for drugstore
-No sunscreen
-Makes me itchy and caused me to break out
I wish I loved it, because the coverage is fantastic. But, it’s terrible on me.
exactingBittern6
This really shocked me at how full the coverage was and how the formula felt luxurious for a non-department store brand. I follow a beauty blog of this amazing makeup artist who in my opinion, is a wizard at transformation. In one entry she posted, she was wearing Flower BB Cream and described it as shockingly full coverage and not the typical pink/orange. For $12 at Wal-Mart I thought doing one test couldn’t hurt the wallet. OMG! I tried it on and it covered EVERYTHING and I didn’t even need concealer.
I’m very picky about coverage since I have dark spots that never went away from acne. I always have to airbrush my makeup just to hide them. The best part about it is that the shade matched my skin perfectly. *BEWARE* this has a very neutral yellow tone to it so it may not work on cool or warm skin tones. It may show up too yellow on cool and it may show up ashy on warm. I’m neutral so it worked perfectly. I think it may be a better match to olive skin tones.
I was curious about the brand and why it felt like a high-end department store makeup but for so cheap so I researched online and I found out that it is Drew Barrymore’s cosmetic line. Flower doesn’t pay for any big advertising so Drew strictly endorses the brand on her own. Since most expensive cosmetics slap a hefty price tag on because of their advertising costs, Flower is able to use all that saved money and focus it more on using the same quality ingredients as expensive cosmetics. I was very happy to hear that.
I only have one issue with it and it’s really not that big of a deal. It is very thick and full so during the day when my skin gets super oily, it will get very creamy so it can appear cakey. I fix this issue by blotting and when applying, I use a stippling brush to blend out and pick up more product. When I say thick, don’t mistake it for a typical heavy, greasy type of foundation. It’s actually very silky smooth but covers thick. It doesn’t feel heavy like foundation. It feels more like primer and creamy foundation were mixed together. It actually reminds me of Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation and I would say it’s a close dupe.
I ease off a bit on the concealer under the eyes and apply the tiniest dot for blending because the coverage alone is enough and piling on concealer may make it look too heavy on the eyes.

After all the hype about Gorgeous Cosmetics, I was curious to try their products. Firstly, they are expensive, very expensive, high end expensive. At those prices I expect them to perform far better than drugstore products and I expect them to be comparable to high end products. If you’re going to charge the big $$$ then I expect you to deliver the goods.
I should have known. The entire cosmetics industry is based on the adage of packing the cheapest product possible into pretty packaging and charging a motza for it. (Helena Rubenstein early 1900s).
So, packaging, its pretty, it has a pump, an opaque plastic container with a nice sturdy top that clips on. If you want, this is an easy product to travel with as its not likely to spill anywhere.
I have the BB Cream in Medium, I’m pretty sure that there is a light and a dark. i like BB Creams to wear on weekends and in summer, I expect them to perform similarly to a tinted sunscreen or tinted moisturiser, some moisturising properties, some sunscreen properties and some coverage for summer days.
Firstly – this was useless in summer – in hot weather put it on, watch it run off your skin in turrents. So i put it away for winter, wasn’t impressed with a lightweight summer bb cream that didn’t last more than 2.5 seconds in the heat.
In winter, yes, its nice and moisturising. So is sorbelene and sorbelene is a damn sight cheaper than this stuff.
Coverage. Coverage? what coverage? i put this on, i can see it has colour in it on the back of my hand when i pump it out. I then proceed to rub it into my face. This stuff has super unicorn properties where the colour of the product magically disappears once i start applying it to my face.
My biggest gripes about this product are the non existent coverage and the price. Honestly, I may as well be using a nice cheap and cheerful moisturiser with some lightweight sunscreen built in. It would cost me a fraction of what this stuff cost and would deliver the same result. I will not be repurchasing. I expect BB Creams to give me some lightweight coverage and this doesn’t do that.
unhappySeahorse2
If you’re oily, don’t buy it, it will not lasts long.
For those who have normal skin (in other words for those of you who are lucky and have normal skin and not “i just worked a shift at mcdonalds type of skin”) you’ll most likely like this. It has a STUNNING dewy-ish finish that just makes you glow without shimmer.
It’s over priced however (as with most American bb creams). The color selection is….not the greatest, but not the worst.
chicSheep5
It has good coverage for a BB, stayed on my face all day without a problem (mufe hd setting powder used also), but the lightest shade is way too dark for my NW 10-15 skin.
outlyingTuna4
I was searching for a good foundation for my dry skin that was long lasting and matched my skin. I was recommend by a beauty consultant to go over to Dior to try their products. I was recommend the BB cream. At first I was not sure as I didn’t think it would give me the coverage that I wanted however it matched my skin perfectly and I decided to give it a go.
Pros
– The colour match is perfect for my skin
– It is long lasting
– It has a good coverage which can be buildable
– Perfect for days where you don’t want a lot of product on your face but still want coverage
– Gives my face a healthy look and glow
– A little goes a long way as this product has lasted me 9 months ( Although I do also wear foundations on days where I want a more full coverage)
Cons
-I felt that the undertone was a bit too pinky and my skin has a got slight pink undertone, but my face did not look red, I just added some concealer and powder to even out the tone in some areas.
– It is expensive as it costs £30, however because of all the pros I think it is worth the money
Overall I am happy with this product and I will repurchase:)

I am not a huge fan. I don’t think it gives even sheer coverage and my face looks super greasy and shiny after using it. I used the light\ medium. Maybe I should have gotten the darker color but that would not change the shiny look I got after using it.

I bought this at CVS for around $16.50. I had heard about Salma Hayek’s beauty line but had never tried anything. I liked the concept behind the products. I was using Miracle Skin by Sarah McNamara before, and I liked it, but I wanted to find a less expensive alternative. Unfortunately, my first experience with Nuance was not a good one. The texture is nice and provides light coverage, but it is so incredibly shiny as some other reviewers noted. I don’t wear powder except on the sides of my nose to mask pores; however, I have to put powder all over my face. I purchased the medium/deep color. The color is slightly yellow/orange base, so I need to combine it with another foundation to get the right shade and to tone down the shine. Without any powder or added foundation, it does not wear well for long. For a product that is supposed to be streamlined, it takes a lot of steps to make it halfway acceptable.

I bought the Nuance Salma Hayek Renewed Radiance Brightening BB Cream SPF 30, Medium/Deep 285 from CVS on Aug. 25 and used it until this morning, Sept. 9. First I used this over a mattifying moisturizer (Formula 10.0.6 Seriously Shine Free Mattifying Oil-Free Moisturizer from Walgreens), then under a mineral foundation (Femme Couture Mineral Effects Loose Mineral Makeup from Sally’s), and finished with a Palladio Natural Rice Powder.
This BB cream was smooth, the color fit my skin tone very well (medium/deep), and I LOVED the smell of the cream!! Blemishes and redness were not completely covered (not that I expected that from a BB cream), however, it did tone down a lot of the redness I have and evened out my skin tone for the most part. What redness that remained was livable with and I did not notice any major acne break-outs during the time I used this. I cannot speak to how long this product last, unfortunately. No matter how much I loved this product, it was too oily feeling for me. At first application and for the first few hours, this product looked amazing (with the mineral foundation and powder)! But after noon I began to see my makeup melt on my face. My face is just too oily for this product. No matter how much plotting and powder I use. IT LOOKED ESPECIALLY HORRIBLE WHEN RUNNING AROUND. I went to a high school football game (I walked about 20 minutes in temperatures around humid low 90s) and was embarrassed after I saw a pictures I took of me and my youngest. <

I like this. It gives sheer coverage which I like to set with a mineral powder. It’s not too shiny or greasy and provides decent hydration and excellent sunscreen protection. The tube is small but the packaging is pretty.I got Light/Medium and it works for my NC25/30 skintone. UPDATE: This gets greasy by the end of the day and starts to break down.

I really wanted to love this BB cream, but it didn’t work out well for me. It was so incredibly shiney. Even after applying loose powder, the shine was still pretty intense. It was too bad since the price is great, and the color and finish was pleasant.

I’m giving this 2 stars only for the reason that I like the smoothness and the color is
perfect for me (light/medium) however, I hate this because of the heavy perfume smell and it is so very greasy….you need to add lots of finishing powder to tame this down….

This BB cream has a yellow undertone which hides the redness on my face quite well. It also runs a bit dewy (especially for myself – combination to oily skin) so I’d have to set it with powder. I’m NC25 in the winter and NC35 (or so) in the summer. I bought both light and medium dark and I mix them to get the right colour as my skin changes. It’s a good product which I would recommend for anyone with combination to slightly dry skin.

One of the best BB Creams I’ve tried, including within the high end range. This one trumps them all. Beautiful finish; not completely matte, but not dewy, more of a satin finish. Very sheer and naturally coverage, yet it has coverage. Love that it comes in a tube and not a pump. Affordable price, and a very little goes a very long way. Lasting power is beautiful, I’ve worn it for 8 hours straight without having to touch up. It’s just a great product in general. Perfect for weekday mornings when you want to spend a little bit of extra time lazing in bed before work, this stuff takes no time at all, so it definitely shaves off getting ready time.
Tips: Squeeze a quarter size amount on the tips of your fingers. Rub between your hands to warm the product. Gently PAT it into your skin and then blend out in gentle sweeping motions. This is by far the best way to apply any BB cream as it allows for the product to melt into the skin leaving a superior finish.

I bought this based on the reviews and it’s my first BB cream. I really like the consistency of the product and am pleased with the coverage–it’s the kind of thing I would wear on the weekends or days when I’m not really doing anything or seeing many people. It went on very smoothly and easily, blended well. I am usually comfortable leaning more towards a medium tone but I find that this product has a bit of an orangey tinge (light-medium shade). It will do for now in the middle of the summer but I’m not sure if it will work when I’m paler in the winter. Once I set it with a loose powder, it looked better. I will use up the product but will not repurchase and will instead look for something that matches my skin better.
Updated 2 months later: this is terrible! I have normal skin and it made me an oil slick each time I used it! I also decided that I can’t deal with the orange tint after all, so I only ended up using it a few times and will not continue. The packaging also gets extremely messy–not happy with this at all and I MUCH prefer the L’Oréal Magic BB Cream.

I’m really loving this product right now! I have totally switched over from foundations to bb creams as I find they work amazing on my skin! This one was no exception. I got the light/medium colour and I found it was a perfect match for my skin tone. Its perfect for smoothing out the natural redness in my skin. It also came with a bb cream concealer pen when I had bought it, which perfectly covers any blemishes and dark circles I have. While I do love the natural looking glow this cream leaves, after sometime it does just look very oily. So I have to be sure to blot my skin if i’m going to be out awhile. But other than that, great product !

My skin is fair, and the fair one is WAY too pale, and the medium-fair is a little darker than my natural skin tone. I suppose it’s because I have oily skin, but I always have the impression it’s gone at the end of the day.
However, the price is good, and I believe this product would be great for beginners in makeup (or people who don’t have oily skin….)

I actually like this BB cream. The coverage is nice, not fantastic, but, hey, it’s not a full coverage foundation. It applies smoothly and blends evenly. It almost disappears into your skin, if that makes sense – beautiful and natural finish. I will say that the shade selection is limited to – wait for it – two shades. I feel like a person with cool-toned skin couldn’t wear the light/medium shade. It is quite orangey/yellow. I’m not offended by the packaging and you get a lot of product for what you pay. I would repurchase.

I always squeeze out too much so I am not a fan of the packaging. It gives light coverage and is long-lasting but, holy crap, shine city. You need to powder this one down if you are combo/oily.

I will never ever understand the reasoning behind the line’s product offerings and this CC cream is the perfect example: Great ratings, the SA’s at all my BB counters confirmed that it sold very well, and I can gladly join the crowd that gives close to 100% positive reviews for this item because I really like this product and I have been using it ever since it came out. Guess what?! It’s been discontinued. With no substitute. Go figure. If you were looking for a natural looking cream which evens out skin tone, plus high SPF 35 which doesn’t break out or irritate sensitive skins like mine, this was it! Sadly, the CC cream joins many top rated Bobbi Brown products that simply disappeared. I did buy a few tubes as backup but they will be used up soon and I haven’t been able to get any information from the company about a successor product.

This stuff is really beautiful. I generally have fine skin, my primary issue is redness and uneven texture – I don’t have anything serious to cover. I have always used relatively high coverage foundations to cover the redness, which is a shame, because my skin is pretty nice other than the aforementioned issues. So, I bought this seeing positive reviews online. It colour corrects absolutely flawlessly. It completely neutralises my redness – all I need is this, some concealer for particularly stubborn areas, and a dusting of light coverage powder to set and perfect. When I’m all finished, I’m left with natural-looking, flawless, glowing skin. It’s just gorgeous. Very highly recommend.
emptyCoati9
Very nice – more of a medium coverage foundation than a CC cream in my opinion. Gives your skin a satin glow and a slight veil that diffuses your flaws but does not cover age spots and other spots. I really like the look of this foundation – it’s as good if not better than Chanel’s and Christian Dior’s.

Received a sample of this in Pale Nude, opened it, looked at it, said “no way,” and let it sit for long enough that I forgot what it was. Ran out of concealer one morning, so opened up this little forgotten tube, saw the pinkish liquid and thought, “Hmmm.” Tried a bit on the dark circles under my eyes and was freakin’ amazed. It soaked right in and faded them away.
Now, understand that I have SERIOUS dark circles under my eyes. My skin is family-history-of-melanoma-transluscent-pale, dry, and I have allergies. We’re talking big-time raccoon here, and nothing has worked really well. I had been using Yves Saint Laurent
TOUCHE ÉCLAT – Radiant Touch since at least it was moisturizing enough that it didn’t cake up. $42 for .1 oz. The BB CC cream is $44, but you get a whole 1.35 oz.
Surprised and delighted.

I really love how this makes my skin look and feel, but it’s just too yellow for me! I have to mix it with another bb cream that has more pink undertones in order for it to match. I just cannot seem to find a foundation or bb/cc cream that matches my yellowish olive skin. Everything is too yellow, too orange or too pink. I will continue to repurchase this until I find the right product that does not require mixing.

HG product for me. I never use foundation anymore thanks to this CC cream. Gives you the flawless skin, barefaced look, literally. Unfortunately it only comes in 3 shades, and I do feel like “warm nude” is a little too yellow for my skin tone, but it’s definitely worth it. Plus there’s nothing a good blush/loose powder can’t fix. Also really saves a lot of time because it’s easy to apply and blends like a dream. If you already have good skin at the base, this is beyond perfect and saves a lot of time. Can even be applied without concealer.

So far I am liking this CC cream. It evens out my skin and am able to wear it with the new skin weightless powder. I normally wear Honey or Warm Honey in BB foundations and the Warm Nude works well for me. It hasn’t broken me out but it definitely does not keep oilies at bay 🙁 Overall it is an ok product but we’ll see if it does anything good for my skin like it says it will.

Sorry to break the good review but initially it was good but after a few usage, it became oily on my face after a few hours, even when I applied loose powder on top of it and it broke me out badly around my chin. I didn’t like the texture of the bb cream, feels like mousse? I won’t repurchase this.
jumpyBoars9
first day wearing it and i’m exceedingly happy with it. it really mattifies my oily T zone and covers the flaws. doesn’t slide around like my old bb cream. the Natural shade blends in well with my tanned skin tone. LOVE IT.
yearningCaviar6
Affordable, lasted me 9 months of daily wear, very high coverage for a BB cream and really lightweight and breathable despite being a high coverage BB cream.
The packaging is ok, but as it’s a tube I tend to squeeze out way too much product than needed.
I got this in the 2nd, natural shade and it matches well to my Chinese skin tone; it’s a really olive green shade that I barely see in any Western brands, but it’s still somehow slightly reddish in undertone for my extremely yellow even for a chinese yellow skintone. I think I should get a yellow colour corrector for my face. Anyhow, I use it as an everyday foundation and it works good. Doesn’t cause any breakouts, gives a healthy, natural glow to the skin and applies and sets pleasantly. Long lasting, requires the occasional blotting every 4 hours or so but otherwise, lasted me 12 hour work shifts.
Would repurchase again if I can’t find a better everyday foundation.

One of my favourite BB cream after trying so many! Got the lightest shade.
Pros:
Good coverage
Doesn’t have a pink tone
Last
Doesn’t cause breakouts / clogged pores
Fragrance free
Inexpensive
Cons:
2 Colours available only ( like usual BB creams )

I’d say this is more like a medium foundation rather than a BB cream, but at the same time it doesn’t look like you have foundation on at all which makes it the best of both worlds in my books. Obviously if you have major acne or undereye circles this won’t be enough but it covered way more than I expected. I was also hesitant to use this as my days are very long and though I wouldn’t say I’m oily makeup definitely does break down on my face. This BB cream however stays on all freaking day and doesn’t even oxidize! Probably my only complaint is that it either is getting sucked up by my makeup brush or isn’t very spreadable because it seems like I have to use a lot of product and the price isn’t exactly dirt cheap ($15 CAD)
lazyPaella8
I love this BB cream. I use the shade nude and I find it works fine for my NW 20 skin. It does not oxidize on me like some bob creams do. I use it on its own when I just want some help evening out my complexion. I also regularly mix this is with my Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation. I love the combo!

I’ve been purchasing this for over a year. I am pretty pale, and the color nude is a good match. In the winter it becomes a bit too dark, but I pull it down my neck it is an excellent match. Really, this is a good match for my pale skin, better than a lot of other drug store foundation shades.
I either use my fingers or the RT Expert Face brush to apply. In the summer I use a setting powder and it stays put all day. I have combination skin. I’m very oily in my t-zone and cheeks, but dry on the perimeter of my face. I think this is an excellent bb cream for both oily and dry skin. If you are very oily than a setting powder is necessary.
I am VERY acne prone. EVERYTHING breaks me out. Stearic acid, dimethicone (high on ingredient lists), coconut derivatives, fatty alcohols, my skin is extremely sensitive to comedogenic ingredients. If I don’t use a primer, moisturizer, or spf before applying this bb cream I break out. So, before using this bb cream I am religious about using spf or moisturizer before, and I make sure to completely wash this off before going to bed. I then use a stridex pad as well.
edit: The other day I mixed the L’Oreal lumi liquid highlighter in Ice with the bb cream, before I applied it to my face. It made the bb cream a touch more luminous, and I loved that it actually lightened the bb cream a bit. So if this bb cream is a bit too dark for your skin I would experiment with a liquid highlighter to lighten it up
dreadfulBittern4
Who said a bb cream couldn’t be full coverage? I get all day wear and a satin finish with this. I use shade BB3. If you have a med/dark skintone and find most drug store products are too orange, try this shade as it is more of an olive/green toned base. It gives an airbrush like finish. This doesn’t break me out as other foundations/bb creams do.
amazedSausage9
I think this a great product (tbh i don’t consider this to be a bb cream due to the awesome full coverage). plus it lacks any spf and it provides a matte finish (these are not cons however in my book). sometimes when i want a lighter coverage i mix it in with a little moisturizer and it still provides good coverage. i love the full coverage, the staying power is pretty decent in comparison to my other matte foundations. the only thing i don’t like is it does stick to my dry patches like crazy (i’m currently on retin a)–more so than some of my other foundations. and i love this for its strong yellow undertones, i’m an nc20-25 in mac and my shade is bb2.

I have warm, olive skin, so I struggle to find yellow-toned foundations that are yellow enough to work for me. I bought this because it looked yellow enough and I was looking for a nice, everyday bb cream to wear to school that I wouldn’t have to think about. After two months of wear, it seems the search is still on.
*Price: I think it was like $13CAD. Not too bad for the drugstore.
*Packaging: I like the tube concept, because you can control how much product you get, and it has a clear panel where you can see how much product you have left.
*Product: Very thick, very pigmented, very yellow. Extremely so. I sometimes mix a few drops of this with my Mac Face and Body if I want to increase the yellowness and the coverage. The consistency reminds me of a mix between the Rimmel Stay Matte foundation and the Kat Von D Lock-It Tattoo foundation.
*Positives: Great coverage, caters to yellow skin tones (rare in non-Asian bb creams), and extremely matte, drying to a powder finish. So if thats what you’re after, here it is. It lasts a long time on the skin, I find it hasn’t faded much after 6-8 hours out.
*Negatives: On personal preference alone, it smells like death. It also oxidizes a lot darker on me. The colour selection is terrible as well, the next shade up being much, much darker than should make sense. It’s heavy, I can definitely feel it on the face. Also there’s no SPF or any of the other benefits that a bb cream traditionally yields.
Overall, if you’re looking for a matte, full coverage, yellow FOUNDATION from the drugstore, this is it. This can’t possibly be considered a bb cream. I can see this being great for people who are interested in the way it wears and performs. Personally I want a bb cream that’s lighter and sheerer, with a natural/dewy finish for daily wear. Guess I’m still on the hunt!

I love this entire line! It feels nourishing, luxurious, pampering. Currently I use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body moisturizer, hand cream, hair serum, radiance cream, overnight rejuvenater

I’ve tried several BB Creams and so far I like this one the best. It is full of good for the skin botanicals. Usually I have to be careful with anything that moisturizes because I have sensitive, slightly oily, blemish prone skin. But I am also trying to minimize wrinkles and improve the texture of my skin. I purchased it in Light/Medium and at first thought it was too dark. But about 5 minutes after applying it the color seemed to adjust to match my skin tone. It’s very sheer so I applied it under my Color Stay foundation and then added a bit of compressed powder to bring down the shine (which was minimal). I didn’t expect it to minimize my pores but it did! I would have given it a “5” if it had absorbed completely into the skin. But it did have a bit too much shine. However, even under the Color stay, which can look dry, I had a great dewey finish to my face:) It balanced out well….

I bought this product for the shade, the fact that it contained SPF and also the building of coverage factor, which I discussed with an associate working in the beauty department. However, I don’t like the product. I find that the coverage is very light and putting more on doesn’t result in more coverage. I also find that it pills when I put it on over moisturizer and looks even worse when putting on a little powder foundation over top.
Regarding the SPF, I can’t really speak to that. I know that when wearing SPF foundation, pictures can turn out really bad but I haven’t had my picture taking wearing this product so I’m not sure how it would turn out.
I think the shade is a match for my skin so I’m sad that this product doesn’t work for me. Also, it doesn’t feel heavy or uncomfortable when I have it on. I put it on using my fingers and use my fingers to warm up the product a little beforehand. I want to like it but it’s too bad that this doesn’t work for me. Should also add, this product doesn’t cause me to breakout so that is something else that it has going for it. It’s too bad, but this product just doesn’t do the job I want a bb cream to do.
mercifulPretzels2
This is my first BB Cream ever, and I have to say that I’m amazed. I’ve read reviews saying that it’s a crossover between Asian and Western BB Creams – a good medium, build-able coverage – and I agree. The colour of this product is to the yellow side, which works great for my Asian golden undertones. The smell is a bit sour at first, but it fades after application. I use my fingers to blend it in – 3 dots on my forehead, 3 on both of my checks, 1 on my nose, 1 on my chin – but I’m planning to buy a foundation brush to go with it. Overall, love! <3 Deffo recommend it to Asian girls with combination/oily skin like mine (this becomes matte about thirty minutes after application)!
jealousBaboon8
This is my first BB cream, I bought it in light/medium which was the lightest of the two available shades and it is too dark for me. It is a bit on the orange side when it dries and it has a strong smell when it is supposed to be “perfume free”. On the upside, it leaves your skin feeling soft and glowing with medium coverage, works great as a base. I just wish that they made it in more than two shades, if there was a lighter option I would repurchase but until then I think I will shop around.
