it’s dry shampoo, much like any other dry shampoo you’ve tried.

Relatively expensive and doesn’t last as long as Batiste XXXL Volume, won’t be buying again as I didn’t really see any difference at all, I even tried applying to my roots and back combing into sections and it didn’t make a difference, after an hour my hair went totally limp!

This thing seriously dries my hair. It should make my hair look clean and proper, it does that for an hour and then my hair looks lifeless and feels dry for the rest of the day. It doesn’t substitute for washing the hair and that is exactly what it should do. I don’t need a dry shampoo to smell nice, I don’t need it to have a fancy looking bottle (and may I say, the new bottle is giant and really impractical), I just need it to make my hair look clean on busy work days, I’d like to have it as an emergency kit. And maybe another mission of a dry shampoo could be to have a compact packaging, so that I can easily carry it in my bag. It fails on both accounts. I’m sorry but this just doesn’t work for me.

This isn’t a very powdery Batiste-style dry shampoo. I found it to be nearly invisible in my dark hair. You would think this would be an advantage, but I also found its effects to be nearly invisible. It gave volume, but wasn’t nearly as good as the more powdery versions at taking away that oily look/feel. On the plus side, the nozzle hasn’t clogged and it was very easy to use. I’ll stick to its cheaper, more effective cousins.

This is my favourite dry shampoo out of three that I’ve tried so far (others being Batiste Blush and Umberto Giannini Glam Hair Morning After Dry Shampoo).
The smell is alright. Not great I’ll admit but it’s ok – smells like most T&G hair products. So not a problem for me.
I think it has just the right amount of powder. My hair gets greasy very quickly and this helps refresh it without much effort. Although a lot of people consider Batiste the best, I find has too much powder.
The Toni & Guy doesn’t make hair sticky either, unlike the UG dry shampoo (shame because I really like the smell).
The bottle is nice but the nozzle fell off at first use. The lid falls off all the time also. So loses a lippie for packaging.
I try and not use it too often though – I don’t think it’s too good for scalp and hair. Shame, it really works on me.
UPDATE: It’s still alright but I now have to admit that Batiste is more efficient albeit very powdery. Also, my mum finds this product smells like flee spray for cats (she’s kind of right…). Knocking off a lippie for those reasons. It’s still a fairly good product.

This is quite expensive for what you get. I much prefer Batiste – cheaper, easier to use and blend in, lots of different smells available now so you can find one that you like. I love the Boho and Diva!! Don’t get the Tony & Guy dry shampoo unless you really hate batiste!

First of all: I’m not a picky about smells, but my god this smells funky. Ick. And it doesn’t even fade throughout the day as any normal smelly product would.
As a dry shampoo I find it okay. It doesn’t ”clean” the hair as much as other dry shampoos I’ve tried (Batista f.ex.) but it volumizes a great deal. Will not buy again, though, as there are better out there.

First dry shampoo I have ever used so I can’t say if its good compared to others. Ok, the packaging is the best as always. This is a life saver when I don’t have time to wash my hair. It is better than using baby powder because this dry shampoo doesn’t leave any white residue.

Wow I love this product, toni and guy is fast becoming my favorite hair brand, this leaves no residue adds tonnes of volume. And leaves my hair easy to style.
Love it!

This is the only dry shampoo I’ve tried and so far I really like it. The whole baby powder on the roots thing has NEVER worked for me. Plus I have dark brown hair so it always looked white and awkward.
Anyway this dry shampoo is really good for me. I use it about once a week when I’m not bothered to wash my hair and it has lasted a long time. I think people should keep in mind that this is not to CLEAN your hair. It is simply to give a clean and matte LOOK, which I think it does perfectly. Like it says on the bottle, it gives a textured finish which makes it easier to style the hair as well. The smell doesn’t actually bother me at all. It smells kinda powdery but not overpowering or anything. Also, a good thing about this is that it doesn’t leave any residue on the hair I usually apply it on four areas of my scalp around 25 cm away and it works great.
I took one lippie off because I literally cannot apply this in my bathroom. It makes me feel extremely suffocated and my throat feels clogged because I feel like I inhaled it even though I try to hold my breath. Not comfortable lol. I usually apply this in my balcony or anywhere near a window so it doesn’t feel as bad. 🙂
