Effectively does absolutely nothing.

This stuff is truly awful. It gets rid of 0 oily at the roots but leaves your hair like you have product in it. I would never purchase this again.

This never blew my mind, but I considered it to be acceptable for the rare occasions that I want a dry shampoo. Music fest with camping, etc. But the last time I used it, I’m pretty sure it was responsible for a rash that developed all over my cheeks by the next morning. I’m afraid to use it now, so I tossed it.

Issa no for me. This makes it feel you sprayed temporary hair color from the Dollar Store on your hair. This would be awesome if I had a bouffant or wanted to recreate my hair circa 1987, but I don’t and I don’t.

I don’t feel this dry shampoo brand absorbs much oil like Suave brand. It seems the same after. I don’t like the smell of Suave thus is why I am trying other brands.

This dry shampoo is a steal at WalMart but not worth it for me! I have lots of fine hair and an oily scalp, so my hair can get really greasy. I have to keep spraying and spraying and spraying to notice any sort of lift or look of “cleanliness” to my hair.
I’ll give it two stars because it is a very nice fine spray that doesn’t look ashy; also it doesn’t have an overbearing fragrance and just smells fresh. It could really work if you don’t have an oily scalp like me. I’m going back to Batiste.

I like this way more than most premade dry shampoos on the market, which isn’t saying much.
Pros:
-Does get rid of nasty greasiness completely
-No scent
-Adds back volume that oil removes
-Less whitecast. I have light hair though, some of you with deep colored hair may find it more noticeable.
Cons:
-Hair is left feeling dry
-Hair is harder to comb through after application
I’ll probably repurchase for days when my hair is too hideously greasy to go out, but I won’t be using it on a daily basis.

Like the reviewer below me, I found this product to do essentially nothing. It had no white cast, which is awesome, but I also didn’t feel any powder or anything at all hitting my roots. My hair looked exactly the same.

Saw a limited edition Clean Freak with a “warm sugar” scent. I had tried Clean Freak in years past and wasn’t super impressed, so I bought a travel size bottle to try it again, and because I’m a sucker for sweet scents (who doesn’t want their hair to smell like sugar cookies this time of year?) Anyways, as I remembered, this formula is so disappointing. Made my hair feel marginally cleaner but gave me zero body (I’ve got thin, pin straight hair) and didn’t leave a white cast (I’m probably the 0.01% of people who like this in dry shampoo, but my blonde highlights and roots can always use a little extra oomph). Essentially, my hair looked and felt exactly the same. I know people who love the NYM line, but this dry shampoo is a fail in my book. I’ll stick with Batiste for a few more $$.

I asked my sister to get me some dry shampoo. This is what she got and I hate it.
My scalp is oily, my hair is the typical Asian straight and this does nothing to help it. Just makes everything more limp and dirtier.
Do not recommend.
