I have been using this for only three days now and this product has really helped remove dead skin, especially on my nose. My nose has been peeling like crazy and this helped sooo much. I was very surprised I didn’t have a reaction to this, as it is called a “chemical exfoliant” but it has worked quite nicely with my sensitive skin. i would definitely buy this again.

I was looking for a sort of over-the-counter chemical peel effect and this is the product I chose. I do not use this product daily, as that would be far too drying. I use it about two to three x per week. I do a drying/exfoliating mask, then I rub this with a cotton pad on my nose and chin to help scrub away that nastiness, and then I use my crappy micro derm abrasion tool to suck up the exfoliated skin. I noticed a huge difference the first few times I used solution, but I feel like after a few months, it’s effects are not working. Who knows if it’s my body or if the product is expiring?? Kind of wish they sold this in a trial size, bc it’s expensive and you get a lot, but might not be worth it.
Love the packaging though.
also, originally bought this with a serum from glossier. The serum ran out way sooner than the solution. Maybe that’s the issue. Maybe the serum was what worked??

Packaging nice and easy to use with cotton pads.
I tried this instead of my usual go to Pixi Glow Tonic as this has both aha and bha unlike the glow tonic which is only glycolic acid.
I have quite oily skin but this was far too harsh. With only a few uses my skin appeared red and felt tight and sore. I discontinued use at this point.

I have never tried anything from Glossier before and this was my first venture into the brand. First of all I want to talk about the packaging – I love the pump dispenser, it really helps you control the amount of product you put on a cotton pad. Secondly and only for aesthetic reasons, the pink packaging is super cute.
I am not new to acids and I have a very oily/thick skin type that is blemish prone with large pores. I have used various different acids from NeoStrata, The Ordinary, and, Skinceuticals, but I must admit that this is my favorite so far. The first couple of times using it, it did sting but it did not bother me. Within a couple of days I noticed that my looked amazing; it’s rosy, fresh & clean looking and my blackheads/pores have been greatly reduced. My skin is still oily but not as much anymore, it is now glowy and less like an oil spill. I was amazed that something like this worked so quickly and effectively. I have only been using it at night as indicated as to not overdo it. You can dehydrate the skin and cause congestion if you over exfoliate. I think this would work best for those who have a thicker skin type as I can see this really irritating anyone with thinner, more sensitive skin. The price is decent, not over the top, and I can see this lasting a little while. I am quite happy and hope this continues to deliver.

I have been using this for two months now, and I really like the results I have been seeing. I usually alternate OTC retinol and AHA (the Ordinary’s one percent in squalene and Paula’s Choice 8 percent) but picked it up after reading it was a dupe for P50. I have been using it every other night with retinol on the other nights. The first few weeks I wasn’t too impressed and read a lot of bad reviews, but I am glad I stuck with it. To be clear, there was no breakout for me when I started out, I just didn’t immediately see results. My skin does not usually agree with BHAs as on it’s own it does make me breakout, but this just did nothing at first. But a few months in, I can see a difference. My skin is very clear now, and has less texture. Dare I say, a bit of a glow. It stings mildly but I let it sit for a minute and my skin definitely feels refreshed. It does not smell great, like it has a kind of chemical mildew scent, which is strange as some of the complaints are added fragrance. I kind of want to try Tarte’s knockout to see how it compares, but I will repurchase this again.

Really really disappointed with this!
Wanted it to work but made my skin the worst it has ever been – seriously awful.
I know that you can breakout when you first start using a chemical peel so I really tried to carry on with this but it just kept getting worse and worse.
The smell is horrible as well (which I would have got over if it worked) and it leaves a sticky layer of residue on your face after using. Facial oil wouldn’t go on at all, even after leaving for 20 minutes and I could feel that my moisturiser wasn’t sinking in and just sitting on my skin.
All in all the worst ‘hyped’ skincare product I’ve ever tried :/

I used this for about 4 days and found it to be pretty terrible for me. My moisture barrier was wrecked in that time.
I was really excited because it seemed like Glossier had finally come out with a product designed to actually give you the beautiful, smooth skin they advertise all the time. I think this product works for some people, but according to Glossier’s website reviews and my own personal experience, I would say this product is just too harsh for many people. Maybe because sodium hydroxide is the 2nd ingredient? I did give one lippie though for the cute packaging, they clearly put a lot of thought into that but it’s Glossier so I guess they’re all about aesthetics. Also, I just want to note that Glossier once claimed that this product was “better than P50”, which I think is heinous. P50 actually respects the skin whereas this stuff destroys it. No comparison.

I love this for exfoliation without drying and irritating my skin.
I’ve noticed that my skin is smoother

So far so good!! Okay so I ordered this when it launched and have been using it every day since (around a week) however even in such little time I’m head over heels in love with it. Started with bumpy inflamed and sore cystic type acne and days later my face is smooth (scarred stil) and almost glowing. The inflamation reduced over night and with multiple uses the texture had almost gone. Use it alongside my the ordinary hyaluronic Acid, alpha Arbutin, niacinamide and rose hip oil routine and my skin is taking well to it. Gives me a very natural glow too which is a massive change from my usually dry and acne ridden skin! Dispenser is very good and prevents me using too much or spilling any! Beautiful packing and on the way to being a beautiful product.
