So many bad things about this, it’s difficult to know where to start… Okay, so first off the packaging – it didn’t work. The spray mechanism on both cans I had of this (yep, like an idiot I bought two) didn’t push down completely. I don’t know whether it was just a faulty batch of cans or whether this is just a general fault with this product overall, but whatever it is, it caused a lot of frustration and meant I couldn’t get all of the product out.
Secondly, it smelt… weird. I can’t quite put my finger on what it was, but there were defintely florals in there. And something else. I just don’t know what. Whatever it was though, it hung about and I was VERY concious of it throughout the day. In fact I actually asked a friend if she could smell it (she claimed she couldn’t) because it was making me a bit paranoid.
Lastly, it made absolutely no difference to the condtion of my under arm skin. It claims on the packaging to ‘restore pH and moisturisation to help repair everyday minor skin damages’. I’m guessing by this they mean things like shaving rash, heat/sweat rash and/or irritation caused by clothing etc. Well, my under arms have a tendancy to become aggravated once I’ve shaved them, but this made no difference whatsoever. In fact, the only antiperspirant and/or deodorant that’s made a difference in that respect is Dove. And that’s the one I’ll be going back to.
