Mitchum is a very effective brand without resorting to a prescription strength product. No white marks, no sweat, no issues. Pleasant “powder” scent.

I honestly never knew I could dislike a deoderant so much. I bought this after my normal product ran out, and because it is summer, I wanted something a little stronger (I use Secret pH balance in the Powder scent). The formula itself is, like other users have mentioned, sticky and feels like it takes forever to dry. Or doesn’t dry at all. I felt awkward walking around with my arms up waiting to put on a black dress, and even worse once I did put it on and still felt damp. Even after a few hours, I never really felt that it was living up to the antipersperant part of its name. While some sweat it bound to happen when it is 90 degrees out, it was a bit unpleasant. That, however, would have been managable, if it weren’t for the smell. To be honest, maybe it is just my body’s chemistry, but this deoderant actually makes me smell worse. I thought it was a fluke the first time, but after several days in a row, including some where I was mostly in air conditioned rooms, I was sure that it just made me smell funky, kind of sour, and not at all like powder. Again, it doesn’t seem to do this to everyone, given some of the other reviews, but for me this product was an absolute nightmare. I bought another stick of my usual antipersperant and threw this one out. I realize this review makes me sound like some kind of sweaty, smelly beast, but I’ve never had this happen with a deodarant before! Defintiely not recommended!

Works for odor and wetness protection but the solid gel formula crumbles and falls apart in chunks. It’s also sticky until it dries. Will not repurchase.

This is my go to deoderant. I live in FL and I am always warm. This one seems to really work. I have tried so many. But I really like this. I like the powder scent or the rose petal scented ones . I find they keep me dry and smellng clean. I like a stronger antipersperant and this one really works.

I love this deodorant! It keeps me dry all day and its water base keeps the skin under my arms moist and happy. I apply a thin layer, allow it to dry (take about 10 seconds), and then carry on with my day. I barely notice the powder scent and I have never noticed any marks on my clothes. My only complaint is that this often dries out before I can finish a stick, at which point it gets harder to apply, but maybe expecting to keep a deodorant for over a year is asking too much (it lasts FOREVER!).

Mitchum is the only brand I’ve used that lasts more than a day or through much heat and/or physical activity. I was using the gel, but that seems to strip the dye from the underarm of my shirts for some reason, and is drying. I don’t have either of those problems with the solid (I have the Clinical Performance), and it seems to work just as well. I’ve tried other brands, but I don’t know why when this works so amazingly compared to all the rest.

I sweat a lot, I play a lot of sports and workout, and when I’m not there I’m in a sweaty office or house. Basically my life is one big recipe for BO. I have tried Mitchum roll on (too wet and sticky- didn’t dry and also didn’t stop sweat) and the spray (good, but got through it fast and more ££) so now this. Firstly, I like applying an anti- perspirant better than spraying. This seemed like a great alternative to the roll on which is sooo wet. This dried fast, and smelled faint which I like. By the end of the day I had sweated a tiny bit, but I still smelled surprisingly fresh. This was cheap also, something like £2.70. For me I sweat buckets, and nothing is going to beat this except injections of botox. I’ll definatley be re purchasing.

I have been using this along with Certain Dri and I am never a stinky sweaty mess anymore. I feel like I’ve tried all of the deodorants out there and they have always failed on me. I don’t sweat too much, but I do end up with a funky smell under my armpits so much that I would always carry around deodorant with me and reapply as needed. I never have to do that anymore. The great thing about this deodorant is that it dries invisible. No white mess all over your clothes and no embarrassing white marks on your armpits when you raise your arms. The scent is very light too which is a plus. When you first put it on it feels wet so wait a few minutes and it will dry up.

This is a weird product. It says it’s a solid, yet it’s somewhat gel-like and slippery–it makes your underarms feel wet and sticky the whole day. It very faintly smells like powder, and mostly smells like dill. It doesn’t work as an anti-perspirant or as a deodorant (for me).

I like that this keep odor at bay and doesn’t make my underarms dry or irritated. I still feel sweaty, but not as much with this. It goes on feeling wet but then dries to a powder. My clothes never get stained and there are no marks left on my clothing. This is not as good as my Arrid for keeping me dry, but is a effective deodorant for all-year round since its gentle and does what it’s supposed to do.
