I have been using natural deodorants for a while and what I love about this product is that is works really well and smells great. I have friends who have destroyed their ability to smell due to using fabric softeners…and have lost the ability to appreciated a subtle scent. Also, I have read other reviews where people said they didn’t feel protected from their natural body odor returning – my comment… you are what you eat and f you eat denatured protein (egg yolks not runny… meat not rare…. you will smell like rotting grossness!!! So, the natural world includes a clean organic diet – eating 80% raw and drinking lots of fresh water – fluoride free of course…. Body odor is not offensive when your diet is clean… yet, during the detox process… or someone consuming faux foods and oil… well, only chemicals can mask their odor!

I really like this! I bought this scent not having many expectations, but it smells really nice. I’m currently switching over from using regular deodorant to something more natural, I really want to cut my bad chemical use. I am one of these people that works out almost everyday, so I get hella sweaty at the gym. I’ve used this when I’ve gone to the gym, and although you shouldn’t expect this to make you feel dry and feel totally free of wetness (sweatiness??) I didn’t feel as though I’m stinky. I’ve also used this at work and when I’m not wearing any shirts that are light in colour (I’m going to use regular deodorant when I know I could potentially sweat through something) and I still haven’t noticed any sweatiness. The only downside for me is that it’s a very small product for the price, so I’ll see if it’s worth it depending on how long it takes me to go through the little tube. Totally appreciate that this is all natural though!

I bought this on beautysage.com, and was so incensed, I had to write a review. First, it is VERY expensive for a tiny little tube–.3 oz. for $10! It looks like a tube of lipstick but is 3/4 of the size of an average lipstick and slightly fatter. It is described as “a take-anywhere natural underarm deodorant infused with the scent of coconut, toasted hazelnut, mango tea and sweet orange essential oil.” It is supposed to eliminate underarm odor using sodium bicarbonate. Well, it doesn’t. The fragrance is pleasant enough but all I can smell is a faint coconut. This “deodorette” is so small that it takes a lot of swipes to cover the entire underarm area. And an hour after application, after doing what I would characterize as moderate exertion, not even actual exercise (carrying heavy baskets of laundry up and down a flight of stairs), I smelled like body odor. By the following morning, I reeked like I hadn’t showered in days. I literally couldn’t stand myself. I only hope that anyone considering purchasing this crap reads my review first.
