I would give this so-called deodorant zero lippies if I could. Unpleasant, sticky, doesn’t deodorize me at all. Worst ever.

Yeah, no. I tried this in the lavender scent, it smells great, but about 10 minutes after application I reek and my underarms are sticky and wet too, just so uncomfortable. A definite no go for me.

I use baking soda usually because I want to stay away from harmful chemicals, but I really need the convenience of a regular deodorant.
This is a big FAIL. I was so embarrassed and self-conscious after two days of using this due to the smell that I just stopped altogether.
Do not spend your money on this!

This works wonderfully for me. I have it in the lavender scent which smells natural. I cannot believe I have found a deodorant that is propylene glycol free and actually works. Actually, this is the only natural deodorant that works for me. All the others I have tried leave me smelling phunky by mid-day. This is a winner in my book.

I really wanted to like this deodorant. The ingredients (or lack of harmful ingredients, including propylene glycol which is in a lot of natural deodorants) made me go for it. I have been using more natural, aluminum free deodorants (Earth Science) for a while now so my pits are used to it. I got the lavender scent and it smells good when applying and rolls on nicely, maybe a little sticky/wet feeling. But it is winter and I don’t usually sweat that much but if I do anything remotely active I have an intense burst of sweat that is quite noticeably smelly with this deodorant (like a truly awful stench). I know this is not an antiperspirant but the smell seems so much worse than if I used nothing at all. I mean I reeked. It does not have staying power and I have to make sure my underarms are really clean before I apply this. I also started using this at night, which I don’t normally do but otherwise if this isn’t applied multiple times a day there is an unbearable funk that is hard to scrub out. Total fail. Everyone’s body chemistry is different but I would not recommend.

I absolutely love this product! So much so that I’ve actually bought it online when I can’t find it in a store nearby. I love thats it is cruelty-free, toxin-free, and is more or less a “normal” deodorant by packaging standards.
Some people have stated that it feels sticky upon application, but I have never noticed this. It feels a bit “wet” perhaps but dries within seconds. Nothing different from any type of gel deodorant texture.
I have pretty sensitive skin and this has been great for me. No bumps from clogged pores (we’re looking at you, aluminum!) and no drying and flaking of the underarm skin (sorry Tom’s of Maine, I love most of your products but not the deodorant). I buy this in the tea tree scent which is perfect for me. It gives the skin a natural cool tingling sensation upon application. Tea tree oil is a natural deodorizer and has purifying and disinfectant properties as well, so it makes perfect sense to put it in a deodorant.
I obviously do get pretty stinky when I work out whether I use deodorant or not, but I shower afterwards so why does it matter? For a normal day though this works great for me. I’m a massage therapist, so I work a pretty physically active job on my feet all day in a fairly warm room, and my clients keep coming back, so I guess I can’t stink THAT badly! Love the product, give it a try!

I’ve been looking for a cruelty-free deodorant. I purchased this a while ago, and I don’t remember what scent I bought, but I DO remember that it did not work for me at all. In normally a huge fan of Alba Botanica, but their deodorant is awful.

Another disappointing stop on the natural deodorant highway. I didn’t like this product. It might as well have contained no ingredients because it did nothing for me. Why is it so hard to find a great natural deodorant?! I’ve been looking for years to no avail so I’ve had to resort to making my own. It works tho it’s messy. But if I can make my own with baking soda & cornstarch, why can’t a company use these ingredients to make an effective store brand. Not rocket science. Or is it? Geez!

I really like this Deodorant, It’s got everything I need in a deodorant, It’s natural, Not tested on Animals, Doesn’t contain Animal Ingredients or things that are bad for me and smells really great. It goes on smoothly and doesn’t disappear or just turn into a wet spot like Tom’s Of Maine deodorant does. I don’t have a really strong need for an antiperspirant, I don’t perspire at all so this is good enough to mask any natural odors that may occur throughout some regular activity, I’m not sure if I can recommend it to athletes or people who have a problem with perspiration but I know I’ll definitely be repurchasing.
