   I bought this in all honesty because I didn’t want to be a basic bitch to purchase the ABH contour kit. I don’t own an ABH pallette myself so I can’t compare the two. But some reasons why I believe this is more handy is this product comes with a brush, mirror and an instructional guide for newbies. This comes with 2 matte highlighters, a shimmery highlight, and three matte contour shades from lightest to darkest. The powders are so soft it’s easy to pick up product without looking cakey. The shades are very velvety and blend amazingly.I dislike the frosty cardboard packaging because it’s inevitable to keep it clean. This is $45 (U.S price ) originally worth $145.

   The Brush: The slim brush made with synthetic hair makes it easy and controllable to place product on the crevices of the cheekbones and jawline using the dome side, also the flat ended side can be used to place highlight. However, this brush cannot blend for shit, so I mark the line on my face and blend with Tarte’s Swirl Contour and Bronze Brush. The fact that this brush is included in the kit just for $45 in total is great because on Lorac’s website, the contour brush individually is $22 not counting tax and shipping. So far this hasn’t shed in me yet. 3/5

   Beige Highlight: Beige highlight is a matte powder with cool to neutral undertones perfect for brightening the undereye, or an all over powder to set after foundation. 4/5

   Yellow Highlight: Yellow highlight can be used for all skintones to lighten and brighten or again an all over setting powder. This is my favorite shade next to the deepest contour shade. 5/5

   Shimmer Highlight: This is a whatever highlight in my opinion. The shimmer highlight is the second biggest quad. This is a straight up white highlight so you can’t build it up without a shimmery pasty white on your cheekbones. Women of color beware because this will make you look ashy. Just a little amount can provide a natural glow. I prefer a more golden based highlight. 1.5/5

   Light Contour: This is the most natural looking shade and is versatile. I use this shade as a transition shade for my eyeshadow. I think this light brown with subtle warm undertones works better as a bronzer. 4/5

   Medium Contour: This is the 2nd biggest quad in the pallette. Perfect for light to deep skin tones. This medium-dark color contains yellow undertones and is darker than the Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer. 4/5

   Dark Contour: This is my favorite shade shade next to the yellow highlight. The dark brown is perfect to mimic shadows. Be aware to blend this throughly because of the fact that it’s so dark and pigmented this will look muddy. 5/5

   I love this pallete! I use it daily and the colors are highly pigmented. They are not orange and stay put all day. I would highly reccommend.

   I actually do really like this. I bought it after reading up on reviews of the different contour palettes and believe this will be the best for me. I was right, on my NC30 warm skin, depending on what kind of contour I want, I can either do a sharp contour or slight contour. The powders are very pigmented and I can use all of them except the deep contour colour. I do really like this palette a lot. I gave it 4 stars because it should be refillable like the ABH one should.

   If you have medium to dark skin this palette should work very well for you.
