Hip hip, horray!! I’m so glad I found this randomly at whole foods. First, it’s non toxic according to the skin deep database. Second, it works like no other I’ve tried. My hair is naturally curly, but I’ve done the japanese straightening AND just did a brazilian. My ends were kinda crunchy. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it. I put it in after washing/conditioning, let my hair air dry for a bit, then did my blowdry/flat iron routine. My hair is shiny. I can’t believe it. And it doesn’t crunch together when i squeeze it. YAY!! I just wish it were in a pump because I squirt too much out.

AMAZING! I have medium-thick, coarse, curly/wavy hair that is naturally frizzy and I home dye it to cover my grays – without any product in my hair at all I would just have a frizzy, undefined mess with curls at the very ends only. This stuff is magic! A thick, SILICONE FREE (there are some very old reviews on here that claim this contains ‘cones – it does NOT), moisturizing leave in that does not weigh your hair down. It definitely helps cut the frizz and leaves a nice natural shine in my hair and nicely defines my waves and curls. I love that it rinses clean and you only need a very small amount to smooth through your hair. I saw it at Whole Foods but I ordered mine from iherb for about $8. I use this on gently towel-dried hair with Aubrey Organics Manderian Magic Jelly over it and I get lovely, touchable hair. You can also add a bit to dry hair, which I do on ocassion and it really keeps my curls smooth and shiny. It has no scent so if you are sensitive to that kind of thing, no worries here. LOVE!

I do really like this leave in, but there’s something that keeps me from loving it. I think it’s that it’s fragrance free. Some people don’t like to layer different fragrances on top of each other – I totally get that. But for me fragrance is such a huge part of what makes a product special to me. Other than that this is a really good leave in. It’s thick and rich, yet leaves no residue on my super dry hair. My hair feels conditioned and my curls are defined. To buy or not to buy? Definitely do – but you’ll be missing out on fragrance if you do.
