I have been trying out a lot of leave-in conditioners lately searching for a good one (I will try to review them all).
I wanted a leave-in because my hair has breakage (at the crown usually, or new growth, either way= flyaway madness) and frizz, and even though I just got it cut there are still some split ends.
I have been using this for a few days now and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! I would have never bought this without reading reviews on it so thank you MUA reviewers!!!
The consistency seems a little thicker than some leave-in sprays, don’t expect a fine mist to come out. It is more like a very very light lotion. Because it doesn’t mist, here is the way I use it, after I towel dry my hair I flip my hair over my head and use two squirts on my hair and scrunch my hair with my hands. Then I flip my head back over and comb through my hair. I wasn’t sure that would be enough to untangle my hair as it seemed to be so little, but it is the perfect amount!
Here’s what I want in a leave in conditioner, and here is how this product rates:
1. Detangles: EXCELLENT, works when hair is towel-dried and after hair is dry all day, this is a first!!!
2. Creates shine: Better than most
3. Reduces Frizz: Yes, but still have some flyaways
4. Adds softness: My hair is more soft than it has ever been
5. Mends split ends: The split ends seem less noticeable
6. Adds some moisture: Yes! It doesn’t feel dry and it so silky and soft, but not weighed down.
7. Static reducer: Haven’t had any issues with static. Update: Doesn’t completely knockout static, as my hair will still get a little staticy.
8. Good Smell: Amazing! It doesn’t smell like fruit yay! It has a very clean smell. I can’t really smell it after it drys though 🙁
9. Price: This was $8.99 at Target, which made me hesitate to buy it, but I will buy this over and over!
I found my HG!!!!!!! Whoooo hoooo!!!!!!! I will update if anything changes.
UPDATE: I love this so much!!! I am going to try out a bunch of products from this line.

This spray is amazing! I love to use it after I get out of the shower, it detangles my hair and leaves it shiny and manageable for the rest of the day. I also use it after I get out of bed, my highlighted hair is naturally straight so all I have to do is spritz some of this and brush, and voila, perfect straight hair again!
Comes in a gold packaging, nothing too fancy.
Retails for 8.99 for an 8oz bottle, and you can get it at Target. While it’s more expensive than other drugstore brands detanglers, it’s still not a bad deal. I got it on sale (which rarely ever happens).
8oz probably only lasts me a month and a half, with everyday useage. I would consider this one of my HG hair products, because I have colored and highlighted hair that tangles easily.

I got a small size of this product in a kit that also included the moisturizing shampoo, conditioner and an aerosol hair spray. I’ve been using the shampoo for some time now, and it’s as close to HG status as I think I can get, so I wanted to try some of the other products. This spray is really nice! I have fine, dry, color treated hair, and need moisture badly. I don’t have a problem with tangles, but this does make the comb glide through my hair very easily. It makes my hair feel soft (but not TOO soft), silky and moisturized, but not flat and heavy, even though I use it over my regular conditoner. I feel like it gives my hair nice volume and swing. I’ve tried numerous similar products, and this one is definitely one of the better leave-ins. Smells nice too, like gardenia. Nice stuff! I’ve only seen this line at Target, BTW.
