For a leave-in cream this is a really nice product. It does not weigh down my hair at all and it does keep it soft so that’s a plus. What this will not do is stand on it’s own, meaning you definitely need styling product, especially if you have curly hair. This has changed how I manage my unruly mane though. I notice less frizz, especially on the top of my head near my part even though I just smooth over my hair with my hands after working the cream into the bulk of my hair. I think what I like best about this cream is that you don’t feel like you have anything in your hair and yet it makes it look and behave so much better than other products. It smells nice too.

Finally, I’ve found the leave-in I believe in! I’m post-menopausal, and during the course of that ordeal (peri-menopause, menopause), my hair went from being fine and straight, as it had been all my life, to wavy and of medium texture. I have a great bottom-of-the-earlobe layered cut, and while it looks great when styled, I usually air-dry, and then it looks coarse and dry no matter what I use on it (although, in the interest of full disclosure, there are a number of ingredients that are off-limits to me now because of medical issues). I decided to give this a try and purchased a travel size tube. Wow! It’s a light-textured, fairly thin yellow cream that has a very light, natural mango scent that dissipates quickly after applying. (I’m extremely sensitive to smells, so that rules out a number of other hair products for me. This doesn’t bother me in the least–in fact, I find it lovely while it lasts.) I use a dime-sized amount or a bit less (my hair is quite thick), rub it between my hands, and run it throughout my hair, concentrating the product on the ends. Wow. My air-dried hair is now soft, shiny, bouncy, and manageable, and if I choose to style, it doesn’t interfere with other products. I’m very impressed and so thankful to have found this–my hair looks healthy again, without fuss. The price is right at $9 for 1 oz (which will last forever). My only complaint is that I wish it had a flip-top, but that’s a very minor inconvenience. I’ve already repurchased so I can have one in the upstairs bathroom (where I shower) and one downstairs (where I style my hair). My only caveat would to be to use less than you think you need to start–I’d imagine that it could leave hair greasy if overapplied. Otherwise, this is the best leave-in I’ve ever tried.

I really love this leave-in cream for my fine, colored hair! I have sensitive scalp and skin and this hasn’t bothered me at all for at lease half a tube. After shampoo and conditioning I towel dry hair and use about a nickel? size amount concentrating on ends then rubbing through rest of hair. It’s fairly thick and has only a little slip so it’s not really a detangler. My hair feels thicker, is less frizzy after blow drying and this washes out very easily the next shampoo. Also doesn’t make my hair greasy at all. Great find and the very subtle fragrance doesn’t last very long but is really nice. If there was a tiny bit of silicone (for more slip), just a tiny bit, I would give it 5 stars but I will absolutely repurchase.
