I just don’t think this hair care line is for me. I’ve used their shampoo/conditioner and quite like it. I find the 5-in-1 styling treatment too rich and heavy for my hair, and this leave in conditioner is too light and does nothing for me. I’m guessing that my hair needs something in the middle.

The price is exorbitant for the tiny bottle you get, especially as the results that I got from using the conditioner don’t justify it. The scent is just beautiful and clean (white flowers), and the ingredients’ list promises a lightweight product. Alas, no matter how small amount I take, and I use it only on the very ends of my hair, after a couple of hours my hair always looks flat, weighed-down and greasy. It seems it isn’t suitable for very fine hair like mine.

For me this was just okay. I love the scent of Living Proof products and I needed a new leave in conditioner so I figured I would try this. It was around $25 for a TINY bottle. It didn’t do much for me besides make my hair smell nice, did not detangle as well as some other products I have used and was overall a bit of a disappointment.

$24 for 4 ounces. The bottle looks so tiny but it really is just condensed packaging. I needed a leave in that would help to detangle and moisturize my hair without weighing it down and making it look greasy. This is free of heavy ingredients and soaks in really nicely on damp hair. I have a now longer, slightly grown out a-line bob that tangles really easy and this leave in makes it so much more easy to wide tooth comb out while making my hair not look so frizzy after I towel dry. I have been completely converted to high end hair products and that’s all I’ll use from now on. Nothing drugstore for sure.

I tried the entire no-frizz line (the website sells a sample size pack) and wasn’t impressed. For all the hype about no frizz, it didn’t do much better than any other products I’ve tried. I live in Florida with crazy humidity, though, so I may never find a product that works the way I want. The worst thing about this line is the SMELL! It’s really strong, even days later. Not a nice smell, either. I dislike it enough that I will probably throw out what’s left.

AMAZING!

When this launched, it was advertised as being developed by MIT scientists or something, so I ran right out and got it, thinking they are geniuses, of course it works. Didn’t control frizz at all for me. I found that the bottle made it difficult to get product out as well.

OUAI Haicare Leave in Treatment comes in a Plastic Bottle with Spray Pump.
Product claims to Moisturize and DE-Frizz. I have very Brittle, Dry Hair and this does not work as it says it does. The only Bonus is the Scent. It Smells Fantastic!!, almost like Hair Perfume. I do Spray it daily just because of the Fresh Scent like you just washed your hair. I even got Comments asking what Perfume I’m wearing and it was the OUAI Hair Care. Other than it Smelling Wonderful and Yummy, It really doesn’t Do anything else for my Hair. I may give this another shot because I really live the smell and it is Long Lasting.

This is my HG product for when I don’t want to blow dry my hair. I am not sure what sorcery they are performing, but this stuff takes my baby fine, slightly wavy shoulder length hair and adds volume, a controlled wave, while taming frizz and leaving my hair super soft. I got this in a fab fit fun box and while I normally stay away from leave in conditioners since my hair usually gets weighed down, this stuff is totally different than what I have used before. Usually air drying leaves my hair very flat, but this stuff changes that. I thought it might be a fluke the first time I used it, but so far I have used it 4 or 5 times and have excellent results each time. I will definitely be using this most of the spring and summer.

I got a deluxe sample box of Ouai products from Sephora. This product has a VERY strong scent, I like it but other people may not.
Honestly, this product doesn’t do anything for my hair. I have very long, virgin hair, with medium to coarse strands. This barely even conditioned or moisturized my hair. As far as I can tell, it didn’t really do anything and I did not notice a difference. “It’s a 10” is a better leave in conditioner than this.

I think I have to stop reading MUA reviews…for some reason, when I happen to see low ratings for a product, they all seem to be coming from younger reviewers, no offense here. Point being, when I think a product is pretty good, then see mediocre ratings on MUA but then see really good ratings elsewhere, that tells me something! There are two low ratings on this product….so on to my review of this particular product. Rec’d in a beauty box and the scent is amazing! I sprayed into my hand and then ran it thru damp hair and left it to dry; enjoyed that scent all day til bedtime and it’s still there this morning. Hair looks great, no greasiness at all, just healthy looking.

I’m re-reviewing this product because I’ve grown to really love this. On its own, this leave-in conditioner is a bit heavy, but if you use it for heat styling this creamy leave-in conditioner works like a dream. I have long heat damaged hair and I need about 6 to 8 pumps of this to cover all of my hair (from mid length to tips of my hair). To use this properly (trial and error over last year), towel dry your hair, put this in and leave in for about 30 minutes (I use this time to do my makeup). Then I blow dry and use my GHD styler in my hair and I get perfect, soft, salon finished hair. I absolutely love this for hair straightening.

If you have fine hair use this sparingly . It’s heavy and I used four sprays on my entire head and my hair was greasy. I will try using less and update my review ….
It does smell nice and seems moisturizing however my hair was not detangled at all , it made my hair puffy I couldn’t run my fingers through it and my hair felt gross.
I have returned this product and purchased alternas moisture milk which I am loving!
FYI: my hair type is curly (that I straighten regularly, fine but lots, highlighted blonde, frizzy, dry and damaged).

got this as a Birch Box sample and the only reason I don’t give it five stars is that the nozzle clogged repeatedly and I had to remove the spray assembly and pour out the product on my hand. Not an easy thing to do with a gel. But it works beautifully to shine up and protect my aging, brittle, fragile, thinning, color-treated hair without weighing it down. And the scent. OMG. I wanted to rub it all over myself. I think they describe it as a “Cotes d’Azur” type fragrance but whatever it is, I love it. I would definitely purchase this in the full size.

THE BEST CONDITIONER EVER!!!!! Makes hair so smooth and soft! I have A LOT of hair and it is very thick, this stuff is amazing! I have no knots after I use this. The smell is not too fragrant, but it is nice. I definitely recommend this product! love love love!! (do not be fooled by the packaging)

I bought this with the Hair Mask (HG status) and have been in love with it since. It is lightweight, hydrating and works well with heat appliances. It offers frizz control and detangling, which is helpful for us ladies with thick and coarse hair. I use this after rinsing out the Hair Mask and let it air dry for a bit before blow drying. Works wonders. Minus one lippie for the smell, not a huge fan of it.

Update: They must have reformulated this because I didn’t like it before but I like it now. And if I can recall, I think the old one was a liquid and this one is actual conditioner consistency but sprays like a spray. If that makes any sense. It makes my hair very soft and easy to comb through. And like all Enjoy products, it smells amazing!! I will buy it again when I run out but it is a pretty big bottle and has lasted me well over a month already with regular use.
I bought this because my hair dresser uses Enjoy products and I have loved every one of them: until this. To be fair, she didn’t recommend it. I just wanted a leave in conditioner so I thought I would buy this one. It’s not terrible, it’s just not anything special. I like Pantene Moisture Whip better. It wasn’t that expensive either for a lot of product so I’m not broken hearted. One thing I really love about Enjoy products is that they are almost always dual purposed. For example, I can use this leave in as a skin moisturizer or shaving gel. But I find myself just mixing it with Garnier’s version of Moroccan Oil just to use it up.

This is a staple in my hair care lineup. It’s heavier then the Enjoy Conditioning Spray (which is also awesome)… but it doesn’t weigh my hair down or leave it greasy. I use about a nickel size amount on damp hair after shampooing/conditioning in the shower (for reference: my hair is a few inches past my shoulders and it’s wavy and kind of thick). I’m careful not to get it on my scalp… more so just midway down my hair and then especially on the ends. And then I follow up with Argan oil. And then I’ll let it air dry over night and use a curling iron (ceramic Hot Tools) on the ends in the morning (in sections)… and that will last me nicely for 3-4 days. The curl relaxes more each day, but that’s cool cuz it gives it a different look each day =)
OR if I don’t want to use heat, after the Enjoy and the Argan, I’ll use some Enjoy Shaping Lotion and then separate my hair into sections and twist it with my fingers to give it a fun beach wave look. The trick with this process is to NOT MESS WITH YOUR HAIR after you twist it.
Anywho… that was more than a product review, I guess. But I just wanted to pass along the other tips…

I used this with the no frizz shampoo and conditioner. It did make my hair shiny, but greasy the whole line did. I only used a little bit. It was not worth the price.
dreadfulFalcon5
I put this on my ends and the lower 1/3 of my hair and I can always tell a difference when I use this vs when I don’t. My ends wont look poofy, they are sleek, smooth, and hydrated.
Love.

This leave-in tames my hair like nothing else. Leave-ins tend to make my hair greasy but this one makes it soft without leaving any residue. A little bit goes a long way when using this product so I think the little bottle will last. I also believe it is repairing my hair and not just disguising the damage, like most products do. The only downside is the price in ratio to the size of the container :(.
