I tried out this conditioner along with their Biotin volumizing shampoo. While I love the shampoo (and their dry shampoo), this conditioner is just so-so. It left my hair soft and detangled after my first use, but it didn’t feel as moisturized as I would like when I am conditioning my hair. After three uses, my hair feels dried out and was shedding much more than usual. I usually use Frizz Ease Dream Curls and will be going back to that.

I just bought the shampoo to try it out. Amazing my hair looks very healthy. I’m definitely purchasing the conditioner. I usually use biolage but for some reason it’s been drying out my hair. So this was a win win, schwarzkopf is a lot cheaper and does the job.

As I said in the review for the matching shampoo to this product: it smells awesome. I could feel that my hair was softer and more easy to detangle after towel drying. I will definitely buy a bottle of this ASAP.

I received a sample of this and the shampoo in a beauty magazine. I have only used it once so I can’t comment on long term use but I will buy this as it worked very well. I have super fine, thin hair that is in need of moisture (not protein). The conditioner, as the other reviewer mentioned, kinda disappeared into my hair in the shower and felt like it melted in but did not feel silky so I was a little worried it was going to leave my hair rough and dry feeling. It did not. My hair looks very shiny and it also is not weighed down at all which is amazing. It is soft and I can run my fingers through it easily but I did not sacrifice any body. Pretty amazing but I won’t jump for joy until I buy it and use it for a few weeks. But for today, my hair looks great with a lot of movement and smoothness…which is amazing for my fried, thin hair. EDIT*** I bought the full size of this and I still REALLY like it but I do have to be careful of how much I use as it can weigh my hair down if I use too much.

I got a sample of this & the coordinating shampoo in the mail from Walmart. I was not impressed in the shower because it didn’t make my hair feel like it usually does with a moisturizing conditioner. My hair absorbed the conditioner almost completely, but I didn’t realize that’s what was happening. I know this is going to sound silly, but instead of feeling soft and moist, my hair just felt wet. I rinsed and let it air dry. If I let my hair air dry without any kind of leave-in conditioner, it goes through a crunchy stage as it’s drying because my hair is damaged. That never happened with this conditioner. It dried faster than normal and was so soft and full that I was shocked! I ran out the next day and bought the full-size conditioner from my local Walmart. I am in LOVE with this stuff. It’s even better than Aussie’s 3 Minute Miracle. Yep, I said it, and it’s true! My hair loves this conditioner. It’s been over a week and I want to throw out all my other conditioners. HG, right here.

Compared to the shampoo version of this line (smells WAY strong) the conditioner did NOT smell near as strong, and had a different scent as the shampoo. I also noticed right away that the conditioner absorbs fast into your hair (for a moisture conditioner) and I really liked that feeling. It didn’t weigh my hair down in the shower, and but it did get a little tangely. It was fine while drying and left my hair fluffy and soft – but I would not use the shampoo combo with this conditioner because it ruins the smell. Maybe a different one from this same product line (like the volume shampoo by Schwarzkopf) would smell better with this conditioner. The conditioner was a hit for me. The shampoo, no.
**Edit: 3/27/2015 – I decided to go out and buy just the conditioner in this line and after using it today – for my hair (not dyed) it didn’t do anything special for a $7 conditioner compared to the Vit. E Tresemme I’d been using for $4 (and a bigger bottle). The conditioner does absorb SUPER fast into your hair, but the smell is still too strong for me. Not as strong as the conditioner (like I said above when I first tried it) but it’s still too perfumey for my liking. My boyfriend could still smell it on me – even with just using the conditioner and not the shampoo. I noticed that it dried about the same – but I think any “claims” for being able to try faster are probably because the conditioner could be alcohol-based. If it’s making your hair dry faster for a reason, there is probably something in it to make it do so. Not sure I like that. My hair isn’t tangly or anything – not drier – so it did make it soft, but I notice a lot of frizzy/poofyness, and strands sticking out away from my hair base. I didn’t use anything before drying my hair, (like mousse or a blow dry lotion) because I wanted to see what this conditioner does on it’s own. I’m not impressed, but it does NOT weigh your hair down. Nor is my hair static-y, which is good. But for $7 a bottle and the super strong scent, I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy this. I’m sensitive to smells (especially anything close to my skin) so this isn’t a good option for me. Nothing fancy.
