I don’t like to give negative reviews but I feel that I must about this product to warn people against wasting money on this product. It is THE WORST conditioner I have EVER used. It doesn’t do anything for your hair, it that’s not bad enough. It actually TANGLES your hair so it ends up a bad mess after you get out of the shower! Just don’t buy it. The only redeeming quality about it is that its ingredients are good, it isn’t loaded with questionable and harmful toxins but for that, you might as well not use a conditioner!

Awful conditioner. I bought it thinking it will thicken my hair and moisturise it. It did neither..left my hair feeling dry and straw-like.

This is the perfect compliment to the biotin b complex shampoo. It’s so thick and creamy, you don’t need a whole lot for the hair. It makes my hair so soft and shiny. Ever since I’ve been using this duo and taking a B-complex, my hair has gotten so much stronger and thicker and has never looked better.
The only problem is that I use the 14 oz bottle, and when the bottle gets empty it gets really hard to take the conditioner out of the bottle. I know they make 32 oz bottles of the shampoon and conditioner that comes with a pump, so I’ll probably buy the larger size bottles next time.

Me: waist length fine hair, thick but can look stringy with wrong care.
Result: my hair looks more voluminous, shiny, soft, a mane of which am proud.
Useage. What’s so nice about this and it’s matching shampoo is the gentleness, the first and largest ingredient is Aloe Vera Juice, very soothing and restorative for skin and scalp, where else would one find that as the main ingredient, usually it’s water/Aqua or some chemical cocktail of poison. Leave this or the matching shampoo on and they feed the hair, sink in. There appears to be nothing to rinse off and yet my hair is left thicker and stronger feeling and looking. Left on for five minutes my scalp feels mint fresh and tingly, cooled, healthy and comfy after rinsing.
Long term: I was losing a frightening amount of hair and though I got a handle on most of it, some was still evading all precautions, this conditioner and matching shampoo seemed to stem the final few hairs falling out that nothing else would.
A beautiful, gentle, hair loving product. Although I have to pay a lot because of import duties into the UK, I love this pair and so does my hair.

This has no slip and I need to use a ton to feel like my hair is hydrated enough. Luckily it rinses clean, gives some slight softness when my hair air dries and has a nice ingredient list. I might try it as a leave in before passing this on to my family. I wanted to try Jason’s Natural Biotin conditioner but settled on this. Now I know that I should have waited.

This conditioner didn’t do anything for my hair. I would take a full tablespooon of it in my hands, rub it in, and it wouldn’t detangle my hair or make it feel smoother.
Pros: maybe i’ll give an extra star for all seemingly natural ingredients. it is sulfate-free but most conditioners are already
Cons: doesn’t condition, doesn’t give my hair shine, doesn’t detangle, need a bunch to even feel a difference

I love the shampoo but I really don’t like the conditioner. I have long hair and no matter how much or how little I use, this conditioner does not make my hair feel hydrated or moisturized. Also, the packaging make it difficult to get the thick conditioner out of the bottle. You really have to shake/tap/squeeze the bottle hard. Definitely would not purchase this again.

I have long, fine hair, but it is very healthy. I am thinning a little in the front of my hairline and I was hoping this product would help improve my situation. I was very disappointed. The shampoo wasn’t so bad but the CONDITIONER IS TERRIBLE and did nothing. I actually think it dried out my hair and made it brittle. I tried using alternative leave in conditioners/sprays, etc to try to improve my complaints, but no luck. This product might work well on someone with short hair but it’s definitely not good for long lengths. I will not buy this again.

Doesn’t moisture very well for my extremely dry hair and scalp. But the good side is it doesn’t hurt my hair and cause fallout. The ingredients are mostly organic. But for the price point, it’s not worth purchasing again. There are many natural hair products that cost less.

I have fine hip length hair that is easily damaged and a dry scalp. It’s now fall here in Maine, and that means my normally dry scalp becomes a very irritated extra dry scalp and adds extra shedding to a normally heavy shedding period. To make matters worse, I do hair masks once a month and added Rosemary and Avocado Oil to my mix at the end of Aug. I had a bad reaction to one of them and my hair came out in clumps – making my hair noticeably thinner… I can’t take Biotin supplements because they make me break out, so I decided to look into a Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner as a way to strengthen and hold onto the hair that I still have. I’m so glad that I did! *No signs of breakouts caused by this conditioner BTW*
After a month of using this product (and Mill Creek’s Biotin Shampoo), my hair looks very healthy and full despite the massive amount of hair loss I had the month before. Elasticity and strength have definitely improved. The longer I leave the conditioner in while I take a shower, the more shine I have when I get out and my hair does not tangle as badly as it used to (huge bonus for me! Most of the damage done to my hair is while trying to brush out tangles. It’s really a PITA sometimes). I like that this conditioner is PH Balanced, made with natural and organic ingredients and Sulfate, Paraben, phthalate, harsh preservative, artificial fragrance and color free.
I don’t normally put conditioners on my scalp (causes build up which weighs down my hair and clogs hair follicles over time), but having a PH balanced conditioner with so many beneficial ingredients made me give it a try. My hair is still bouncy and full when it dries and my scalp is LOVING the extra moisture. I haven’t had 1 single dry spot or flake since I started using it. Plus, I have also seen a slight increase in my hairs growth rate. I measure my hair monthly and it’s normal growth rate is a little under ¾’’. Last month it was almost 1’’. Can’t beat the price either! I bought this conditioner for $4.62 (14fl oz. ÷ $4.62 = $0.33 per oz!).
Overall, this conditioner met all of my expectations. It’s doing exactly what I bought it to do and a little more. I will be buying it again. It’s my HG fall conditioner!
*On a side note – I read a few other reviews that said it left their hair flat and dry. I dilute the conditioner with water before I put it on my scalp. For the length of my hair and ends, I squeeze out as much water as I can and apply the conditioner liberally. Leaving it in your hair for a few min’s makes a huge difference. I have put it in and washed it out after about 1 min and my hair definitely did not retain as much moisture. The natural oils need a little time to penetrate the hair shaft.
