I got a travel size of this as a GWP. I’ve almost used it up and I’m still on the fence. It’s ok, but definitely not worth the list price. It’s a medium-weight conditioner that doesn’t weigh down my hair but doesn’t leave it super-soft either. Doesn’t do much to reduce frizz.
I have no problem using it up but won’t be spending money on repurchasing this.

I hate this stuff with a passion. It left my hair a dried out, tangled mess. I used it with the matching shampoo and the shampoo is just as bad. I bought two huge jugs of both the shampoo and conditioner at Ross. If I can’t return this I’ll donate both to a homeless shelter..

I can honestly say it left my hair feeling like a feather! I was really hesitant because of all the negative reviews on here but I tried it anyways. But my hair feels so light and fluffy and brushes so nicely once dried and it’s like silk! I have thin platinum blonde hair that never gets volume so I expected that it wouldn’t get any out of this either, that’s why I’m rating it 4/5. But overall I’m really pleased with this product. I recommend using this and letting sit for maybe two minutes and once rinsed and out of the shower, use a nice leave in conditioner to top it off!

I can’t believe how much I hate this product. This does not condition at all and left my hair a big tangled mess. I gave it a few tries just to see if my hair needed to get used to it, but end result is it was a huge waste of my money and it wasn’t cheap! I lost so much hair just trying to run a brush through it after using this. Volume? Big frizzy mess is more like it.

I don’t have anything particularly positive or negative to say about this conditioner. I agree with everyone else here, that it smells incredible. Fresh & lemony, as already mentioned. That was one of the reasons I picked this volumizing conditioner over several others. I am very fragrance-sensitive, and this fragrance definitely “agreed” with me. As far as performance, it was not a showstopper. It neither offered my thin, overly processed hair volume, nor did it moisturize my hair. It smelled good and that was about it. It’s definitely higher priced, and there are plenty of other conditioners that smell good…and are a lot cheaper. I have no problems spending money on quality haircare, as long as it works. This just did not impress me.

I like the way this smells, kind of lemony, just like the shampoo. It reminds me of the salon and you don’t need a whole lot to saturate your hair. But it doesn’t leave your hair very soft, but I love it so much because the smell is just intoxicatig to me!

I use this with the matching shampoo and together I get great results. I have straight flat hair with no volume, but after using this combo I actually have big hair. It smells nice and does what it claims to do. This is one of the shampoo and conditioner combos that I always go back to (the other being Matrix Amplify).

I really like this conditioner, it leaves my hair soft and doesn’t weigh it down or make my hair overly oily. I don’t think I can give it a 5 because it didn’t seem to add much volume to my hair on its own, but it also didn’t weigh it down. I bought at London Drugs for a lot less than salon prices, so I would buy it there again!

I got this in a travel kit with the shampoo, hair spray and volumizer lotion. Very cute packaging, but not a product I would buy again because it dried out my hair and didn’t add any volume.

This is an ok conditioner. I used it in conjunction with the volumizing shampoo. I didn’t notice any real added volume with these products. The smell is nice and it didn’t weigh my hair down, but it also didn’t give any wow volume. Overall, they perform better than most drugstore products I have tried, but they are not my HG products.
